The Impresario will offer the first two of five fragments for the new Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos house. Additional fragments will come in the last two events of the year.
The December event is always New Life, although I've never seen it skipped on the PTS. But what's happening in November?

Seems like for once, they're doing things on PTS out of order. Heart's Day is 100% going to be a February event, so we're still missing the Daedric War in November, New Life in December, and then probably something in January like a MYM. We have the relevant event outfit styles in this patch.
I assume it's that the other events are old so they have been tested extensively, but this is a brand new one so they really want to see it.

My only explanation is that this may be an aspect of sanguine that may only on the surface be fun and safe. A gateway that would mislead the unaware of foolish to explore his darker aspects.
At the end of the overland Carnival quest on West Solstice, the guests literally went home happily. That was the whole conclusion of the quest.
Now, some of them might come again - maybe, maybe not - , and Sanguine could corrupt them over time. But there was nothing that hinted on that, not even in background lore. And it also isn't clear why he would do that, as we know from earlier lore how he can just trap people anytime (so no need to gently manipulate them over weeks and months) - and usually did that.
Without even a tiny hint at ulterior intentions, the quest leaves a completely wrong impression to players who knew nothing about Sanguine before, and for people with lore knowledge, it just felt lore-breaking.

I know that Sanguine summoning day is on the same day as Heart's Day. I could understand him trying to make the date about himself and possibly manipulating celebrations. That had been the main point of daedric "thing": Luring people in, destroying them with excess, moral corruption, addiction, or simple forcing them magically to never stop dancing or drinking, until they die from that. Might that be "love" (for his followers) from his point of view? I don't know. I don't think any lore source ever stated that (correct me if I'm wrong). With this background, the flavor text of those event boxes sounds more like a lore mistake than anything else. But we can discuss that, maybe I've missed something.
+1, I feel like ZOS keeps trying to push the idea that Daedra in general aren’t dangerous when being dangerous and tempting mortals into doing things they shouldn’t is kind of their main purpose.
There absolutely is a “sanding down” of their harsher elements that is honestly not fun - add to that the fact that some like Meridia and Azura are continually presented as embodiments of all good when they are absolutely not in the slightest: Meridia may not kill you outright, but displease her and she purifies you and removes your free will with a snap. I’ve also seen that a lot with Uncle Sheo’s transition from “Lord of Mental Illness” to “lol random cheese!!!1!1!1”
If the quest/boxes need to specifically reference spreading love across the land, we have a deity for that: Mara. That was literally the point of the Maran questline in Skyrim.
Sanguine, on the other hand, is all about excess. That’s not love; it’s lust, temptation, debauchery.
Please stop trying to remove the dirtier elements from the Elder Scrolls. Not everything needs to be black-and-white good-versus-evil. Shades of grey are so much more interesting and realistic. Black-and-white thinking too easily leads to… well, we see what it leads to in real life.

yea it is useful to have Giants and Mammoths near the Rift shrine too!
and some water nearby would indeed be nice.
Reaper's March wolf shrine is in a dull location. it seems like there used to be a pond there, but now just a few scorpions and dirt.
i like that Bangkorai's shrine is at water, but it is sadly indeed a small area.

The Rift is best to me, i like that Hunter's Glade is nearby
Agreed. I love the proximity to Hunter's Glade.
In terms of visuals, I wish the shrine in The Rift had some water like the shrine in Bangkorai does. That shrine is a lot of fun, too. Though there's not a whole lot of room for dueling at Bangkorai's shrine.
I like the proximity to enemies that the shrine in The Rift has. It's a fun distraction every 5 minutes to bring those giants to the shrine and have everyone maul and devour them, haha. Plus the autumn scenery is nice.
I visit the shrine in Reaper's March the least. I wish it would get something more interesting, if we're only ever going to have 3 werewolf shrines in the game. That shrine deserves something to make Werewolf players visit it more often.
Re: Enough with the Alinor furnishings
I love Alinor furniture and structural furniture pieces from the standpoint of what I want to place down in a home.
But that's also because it doesn't have much competition in terms of beauty aesthetics.
I'm still hoping we get roof pieces from all the existing roofs in the game. The Alinor slanted roofs are gorgeous!
Also, still hoping we get open-air (or transparent glass) versions of all the opaque windows. {Looking at you, new Alinor window}
I'd welcome Nocturnal having her own furniture style, and I agree Alinor furnishings in her realm did seem weird. Maybe someone with more lore knowledge can explain to me why Nocturnal specifically chose the Altmer race? I don't know a lot about Elder Scrolls lore.
I don't care for Worm Cult furnishings at all, but I'm glad other people are excited about it. I wonder what Nocturnal furniture would look like.

September has always been a period of low pop on ESO (more or less high intensity)
BTW
Knowing this, and when I see the September daily rewards month, and the what are actual Golden Pursuits rewards, I think that ZOS could reward the most loyal players even more. But hey... that's just my opinion
