I fully understand your resistance to any kind of a fix to this bug. It would stop you from exploiting it.I hope it doesn't get fixed. It makes the game more dynamic - the same as DKs being able to jump into keeps etc. Everyone can do it, so everyone can go up there and counter it... I don't see it as an issue, but of course it is something that will be "fixed" to cater to the QQers.

I've honestly don't think I've ever come across people being up there. What campaign is this on?Lava_Croft wrote: »I'm fine with a bunch of stairs there, as long as they fix the current badly designed state of affairs.
So you just want an easier way to get up there? Why would they bother with this then? Everyone can easily get up there already.
Don't you think its a design flaw that people actually have to exploit something like this in order to get to a position you can defend well with few numbers against large amounts of players when there are so many keeps in cyrodiil?Lava_Croft wrote: »I fully understand your resistance to any kind of a fix to this bug. It's quite funny actually, everyone in TS said you would say exactly this and told me not to bother posting! However I gave clear reasoning on why I think it should stay. Even if it is currently considered a "bug", I think it is a shame that something which can diversify game play (DKs leaping into keeps being a prime example) being nerfed because people spend all their time crying about it on the forums. It really isn't the end of the world, it's hardly something that impacts on game balance or even the scoring system within Cyrodiil, so I see no reason why it shouldn't be changed. Of course most people seem to want zergs to reign supreme and pigeonhole everyone into playing a certain way...
So your argument is that your tiny group needed a way to defend against overwhelming forces and because this wasn't possible, you felt the need to exploit?Don't you think its a design flaw that people actually have to exploit something like this in order to get to a position you can defend well with few numbers against large amounts of players when there are so many keeps in cyrodiil?Lava_Croft wrote: »I fully understand your resistance to any kind of a fix to this bug. I hope it doesn't get "fixed". It makes the game more dynamic - the same as DKs being able to jump into keeps etc. Everyone can do it, so everyone can go up there and counter it... I don't see it as an issue, but of course it is something that will be "fixed" to cater to the QQers.

This actually makes a bit of sense. I have no problem with benig able to get up there. Instead of removing that possibility, they should add a way to get up there from the defender's side as well. Would sort of balance it without taking the fun awayI hope it doesn't get "fixed". the only way it is reachable is contrary to the purpose of the wall as it is only accessable from the wall attacker side - its as if your alessia keepdoors are gone when senjanus is owned by EP e.g. .
and a player "abusing" it is 100% safe if they are not complete ***(exposing themselfes to ambush and take flight by standiing right on the edge while your keep example is the opposite as the intruder is exposing himself to overwhelming forces) as the position up there is only of interest if the wall is constested and the opposing forces are in an efficiancy limbo.
none the less the only the only change id like to see would be the inabiility to install or use siege weapons from up there beeing able to get there i´m absolutly fine, beeing able to use especially oil from 100% safty if the user is not dump as *** is not though.

It is like a sickness in their minds bends the truth to justify their despicable actions.
Naw man, it diversifies gameplay. Like glitching behind Scroll gate or Teleport Striking into keeps.AhPook_Is_Here wrote: »I wouldn't mind if the rocks that only appear for AD and EP around the DC third of the map, (the ones that DC can walk in and out of at will to break los) were made a little more collisioney for DC as well.
