Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    Call me wrong, but I am starting to see two things:
    1. They still could not figure the reason why this GAME-BREAKING bug happens and how to fix it
    2. Your lost items and bank slots will not be restored as they simply couldn't (no back-up or whatever... considering how long it took, no results, everything was under silence with copy-paste answers, you could see the sign)

    Just my two cents and I am very disappointed ... bye bye my subscription... this is the only game that I paid $100 to be a beta tester

    I know right? How hard is that? Just tell us if we should even play the effected characters, or use the bank or what.. at least give us that much. The utter and complete lack of communication is probably the most frustrating part of this! Not a very good start to this game. Bugs are to be expected, but how the company handles and resolves these issues are the key.. and frankly they have severly fumbled the ball here.

    My two cents. There is a number, but the CS lines are so full you'll end up waiting on hold for hours just to speak to someone. You can only get them on telephone if THEY call you. They never answer your questions either because the CS does not even know what is going on half the time. "We're working on a fix and email us if your problem is still there tomorrow." That was, I believe, 4 days ago. Don't bother calling them. Write them an email ticket and then post the ticket number here if you get a "resolved" status.

    well i submited a phone call request.. we'll see what happens. I cant even get into the damn game now at this point to see if my original tickets were closed/answered/still have the problem or what so .. that sucks.

    I was told NOT to play my account nor an alt on phone by a CS representative because they might do a roll-back on my account as a fix. However, this information may no longer be accurate since that was... 5 days ago. Even if I were to play, I have no motivation. I just lost over 100k in bank upgrades and 30k gold :(

    For now, it seems safe to say that you can play and they will not be doing a roll-back. Like the CS lady told me, "it's up to you."

    I think the best, quickest solution would be get rid of the horrible space limited bank upgrade system and just give everyone maximum bank space. It would almost make up for the loss.

    I already contact you twice about missing bank items. It had been 2 days. It hasn't been solved. I would like to know how long will it takes you to solve the missing bank items.

    The bankproblem ist still not resolved since my first Report about it on 01.04.2014. Bank Slots are still missing. Gold for buying the Bank Slots was also not refunded.

    This is why support is slow to respond, people thinking 9 tickets for the same problem is a good plan.

    Just throwing my own ticket here. The issue remains but luckily no items and only a very little amount of gold were lost.

    I only made it to level 20 but that took me a long time to get that far. Everything I accumulated, the skills, bank slots, CE awards - ALL gone. I emailed a ticket. They responded rather promptly that they were aware of the issue and will notify me when its been resolved. In the mean time, time was ticking away. No one bothered to own the case and keep me updated on what attempts were being made or will be made. Utter silence. After three days of waiting, I decided to create an alt character and start over. Invested those extra three days to bring my alt to level 10. Main quest line was bugged and could not progress further rendering the game un-playable again. This was the deal breaker for me. At this point I was so disgusted I just requested a full refund which they promptly did and didnt even bother ask why I was leaving. Just said, oh, ok. Heres your money. See ya. They dont care! This will be their down fall. They were awesome from Arena to Skyrim. Now theyre so big they dont care. Keep on with that attitude.....

    BTW - today's patch did NOT fix my primary character. Everything still missing.

    The only thing that really annoys me about the spam response is
    "If you are out of room and need to purchase more bank slots, please contact customer support once this issue is resolved, and we will be happy to assist you."

    Guess what, you want to know if I need more bank slots? Check to see if I submitted a ticket because I had purchased bank slots that took a lot of in-game time to acquire but don't work. It implies that there's something they could do to mitigate the damage but want us to jump through more hoops to see if we qualify or something.

    Now I just noticed that not only all my items in the bank have gone but also all my crafting style skills as well. All motifs that I learned before have gone to limbo. I'm losing confidence and hope on them to get this huge issue fixed. Probably I'm going to cancel my sub like some of you guys did. I can't stand this anymore.

    Just curious why does this effect some players and not others what are people who have lost skill points/bank space doing different than someone that has not lost anything.

    Probably the mass amount of alt muling that is required for the pack-rat crafters that many of us are.

    Yes, I read the patch notes. Still working on it. In the mean time *tick, tick, tick* time's a-wasting on our 30-day intro and no communication is being made to the individuals by their case owners. So, Im sorry, why did I spend the EXTRA cash for Imperial edition on pre-order when so far all I have now is a broken game? I didnt get 5 days early access I got 4 because they took it down the last day to prepare for the day it went live. This recent disaster has LOST all the items you get for ordering the Imperial edition and now they are eating away at my free 30 days. So, yep. I'm upset. It broke once, I waited. I created an alt character and it broke twice. Shame on them. There wont be a thrice and shame on me. Im happily refunded and now on my merry way.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom is it okay to start buying bank upgrades again yet? Inventory management & crafting is a huge pain with 60 bank slots.

    just in my email:

    I was just touching base to assure you that we're still working on the issue involving missing bank slots and items. We have a team specifically investigating this issue and your ticket has been directly escalated to them for resolution.

    We initially thought today's patch would include a fix for this issue, but we wanted to proceed carefully instead of potentially causing more problems with a more immediate, but less well researched resolution. As soon as the fix is ready it will be pushed to the live megaservers and this may cause a second maintenance session this week. When the fix is released it will not be retroactive, i.e. items, missing slots and gold will not be included. This is just to guarantee the integrity of the banking system and once that is in place we will be exploring options to help players who have lost gold, bank slots and items.

    We really appreciate your patience as we deal with this difficult issue. I assure you we absolutely want to make this right for everyone who was impacted.

    Opened 5 other tickets all were closed and added to the above. Been waiting for 10 days now for a phone call back as I requested that from day 1. Since my initial ticket, my bank has reset again without me upgrading it at all. I have received 3 emails guaranteeing I would be refunded the 18K gold and items that were lost when my bank was reset back to 60 slots from 80.

    Now I read from a CS post that we will lose our stuff once this is patched. I love how that part is disclosed after I already started to use my 30 days as I had requested to know if we were getting our stuff back because I was not going to use my 30 days till these game breaking bugs were fixed. Initial email also indicated that we would see a fix and item restoration shortly. Shortly is not 10+ days and 3 patches later. This is taking into account the fact the bug was noted in beta and reported extensively and ignored by the Dev team.
