So, I'm confused... Are we or aren't we being reimbursed for the items we lost? There seems to be conflicting reports, here.

I do not trust that logging in and banking any item at all will not cause it to disappear. Or that my unspent skill points will not disappear or my mount as other have claimed has happened to them.
My main character can see about 30 items in the bank, my other characters see only 1 item in the bank. How can I use my alts to bank items for me if they cannot see them?
The game is unplayable for me and my trust in the game has plummeted.

Well it is nice that they're communicating with some people. Hopefully I will receive similar correspondence in the near future.
