Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    As some friends already cancelled their subs i consider it as well. this is no fun anymore, only annoying, a waste of time and money.

    I've had my bank reset a couple of times now, basically impossible to play in this state. Over a week of gametime is wasted.

    I consider myself extremely patient however this has to be the most outrageous series of bugs I've ever experienced in a game and has potentially lost me weeks worth of time. Please respond to my ticket ASAP.

    I received an email that said they're working on it and they're confident I'll receive everything I'm missing once the bug has been fixed. In the mean time do not buy more bank space? I can't play with a full bank and a bunch of full inventories. This is the reason I bought the extra bank space to begin with. If they do not fix it soon, return my stuff and compensate us for the weeks or so of unplayable game time I will CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. This is a game breaking bug that should've been fixed within a day. They should be concentrating on this and this only.

    I didn't realize the bug was this old. I did not experience it in beta. This game should not have been released with this bug. Some bugs are tolerable this is not one of them. 20-25% of players are experiencing this bug and most of which are threatening cancellation. Even if only half of those people actually cancel, that's a 10%+ hit to subscriptions. They should be taking this much more seriously.

    While it doesn't appear I lost items (after re-logging they where dumped into my chars inventory) I have lost 600g and 20 bank slots that have yet to be returned.

    Well, just my opinion:
    1. Patch can ONLY fix that wont happen in future = it can remove BUG to appear in future but cannot repair consequences.
    2. They will need to deal with each ticket individually and manually by searching game logs. It wont be done BEFORE patch, but after it. Based of high number of affected people its matter of several months till every ticket is solved and it is ALOT of handwork for support. And will lead to shortage of support somewhere else. Also it is hardly to be accepted by community, money lost at game start will have different value after 6 months of play and community will lost faith it even will be solved...
    3. Only "fast" solution, which seems to be acceptable and will not overload customer support is "per incident standard satisfaction fee". Simply sent anyone who faced this issue for example 100k gold as an apology. It will solve 95+% tickets related to this issue fast and comfortably for both - customers and support.
    And if anyone think he lost more than 100k, then he can rise a ticket and demand deep investigation.

    Not 100% fair cos everyone lost different value, but simple, fast and least painfull solution for everyone.

    100k gold? No, most people lost what, <5k? We don't need hyper inflation just because of a very small minority of people that rushed to end game and lost a few legendary items. Items which took them 2 weeks to get, and they can get again in another 2 weeks.

    I do hope they already started to look in their logs for every ticket. Because otherwise we might never get our stuff back. There is already over a thousand comment here. Considering only 10% of people affected go to the trouble of posting just imagine the amount of work they have to do.
    What I'm afraid of is that they just give us some "free" days as a compensation.

    I'm able to play an hour a day and more on the weekends. My level 14 lost 6.5k gold 40 bank slots and 35 stacks of crafting mats in those slots. I'm not in the position to figure out the loss = to gold now. I didn't rush to end game and don't spend that much time playing but I lost WAY more than 5k and I'm probably in the majority.

    I have also lost 3 (?) bank upgrades and 1K gold. I don't think I lost any items due to the fact that I was clearing space for a major shift of items from a mule to a main character.

    Decided to wait until after the patch to see if things changed. They didn't .

    Last night it happened to me. All extra bag space gone and all my stuff gone. Good thing is yesterday morning I made (had to make due to the very limited bag space we have) an alt for all my Imperial stuff and transferred all that over. so that stuff is saved.

    The interesting thing is after I lost all my bank stuff I received an in game mail giving me all of my Imperial stuff again. It was like my character was wiped and they were giving me the stuff for the first time. I left it in the mail system so they can look into the problem.

    I was having a good time with the game, even with all the downtime and lag, but this is over the top.....

    I am posting this comment because like everyone else I too lost my bank spaces. I was willing to be patient and wait until it got fixed, but then I logged in yesterday and was notified that i need to apply my skill points, which I found odd because I had already done that. When I opened up my character screen I only had 2 skill points. I should have had at least 16. So, now I am missing my bank spaces, my money, and my character is unplayable. The worst part is, I sent in a ticket yesterday morning and still have heared nothing. How sad. They really need to get their crap together.

    It is pretty obvious forum posts from Zenimax's clients has no impact at all! The main questions are pretty easy to understand from a business perspective.
    1) if we buy bank slot add-ons will it break our bank as the game is currently?
    2)When should we expect our items to be returned if ever?
    3) How close are your developers to resolving the issue once and for all?
    4) do you have developers?(sarcasm)
    5) why is your customer support not responding with regularity?
    6) why is your customer support giving different answers to similar problems?
    7) When can we expect Zenimax to get their house in-order and start acting like a professional company?

    These are very simple or should be simple questions for any organized and professional organization to answer, however for Zenimax these seem to be very difficult questions that they seem to be caught off guard by.

    Its not about just "direct hold loss" - I dropped from 100 slots to 60 3 times now.
    Its about apology, and about damage done to gameplay experience of affected people. I just do simple test - I have 6 alts each focusing at one crafting profesion. When my main character returns from an adventure with full bag of stuff he needs about 50 minutes repeated relog to alts to transfer material to right alt using 60slot bank but only 20 minutes with 100slot bank. Every day I am facing this issue I loose about 1 hour of play I am paying for with real subscribtion money.
    Also - with my gold blocked in lost slots I would already have better horse than imperial one and it coul be already on 10level now. I could not afford it cos I repeatedly bought bank slots and lost material I needed.
    my crafts could be now at higher level - now they are not cos I had not money to buy training resources cos I bought AGAIN slots I lost and needed.
    I also lost opportunity to buy 2 nice purple provisionist recipes cos I did not have money because they vanished.

    And I am pretty sure most guys who faced that bug can bring more examples how it slowed their ingame progress. Its not "just about lost money and stock". And this "reall effective loss" grows up same way as interest on loans every day as well as players frustration about it.

    That is reason why fast solution is best deal in this misery. :P

    Here we go, time to chime in as well.

    I've been hit by the bank bug, going from 100 down to 60 slots. Gotten new emails with all the imperial edition fluff. And opened two separate tickets - one in-game, and the other via the web.

    Not a thing has been done yet. The patch was done yesterday. Yet, I still see 60 slots in my bank. And I don't have a single item returned yet.

    My wife, who also had the imperial edition, has already cancelled her account. I am at the point where I'll be doing the same shortly.

    Zenimax has completely lost all goodwill not only from the two of us, but from our friends that play as well. I've had to give my honest opinion to several friends that were considering playing the game; they won't be, after hearing about this cluster that Zenimax is creating.

    My tickets, for what it's worth, are: 140413-146186 and 140413-144472

    I think that one of the things that really pisses me off is the very beginning of the canned response I got after submitting the tickets: "We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 168 days."

    You've got to love a company that puts the responsibility of communication in a matter as serious as this on their customer.

    Very Very disappointed that you will not be

    A) refunding my bank slots
    B) and/or refunding the money (in game money) that I spent on the bank slots
    that to me is just rude and of course lazy developmental and customer service attitudes towards paying customers

    This happened to me last night. All stuff in my bank is gone and all my extra slots are gone. Sooo the patch did nothing to fix this issue.

    I believe it's like an account reset.. where they take your bank upgrades back and set your gold to 0 and then resend the welcome emails. You'll also have to replay through Cold Harbor if you create a new character. It doesn't seem to affect your character bag upgrades though.
