I didn'r receive my Thitch drops

Claimed them but havn't received them. Don't even know how to submit a ticket. No category applies. So how do I contact ZOS and have it sorted out?

Please select the "In-Game Support" category when submitting your ticket at help.elderscrollsonline.com From there, choose "I have an Item issue" and "Missing Item" to submit your ticket!
