Seems to me like they have no idea at all what there doing and its turning into a right mess of their own doing. I hope they are taking note before they attempt to do anymore community events because this as been a shambles.

Maybe, just maybe there would be a reduction in players submitting tickets if there had been a response from CM's on the forums, anything would have been better than just total silence.

the paragraph : "To earn your rewards for PC/Mac, simply watch the stream while logged in to your linked Twitch account. Reward delivery starts the morning of June 10, and continues for several hours after that" which has the words "linked Twitch account" as a clickable link, which takes you to:

So in their own post it clearly shows all you need to do is watch with a linked ESO account.

It said 10th for PC/MAC (which was then changed to delivered by 12th) and 19th for Console.
Its 19th now, so let's see what happens.
Delivery for many PC users already a week late and counting, Console users should be getting theirs today.

I mean, I don't think its a coincidence that they said console players will receive theirs on the 19th and they also have a maintenance scheduled for today. Your maintenance doesn't even start until an hour and fifteen minutes from now.2 -
TimeViewer✭✭✭✭PC here and still haven't received the mount and crates, sent in a ticket, no response. I watched beginning to end, I am linked, I've received crates in the past. I do get that there were a quarter million people watching and that's a lot of accounts to verify but there are still quite a few of us who haven't gotten them.2

Your maintenance doesn't even start until an hour and fifteen minutes from now.
The two things don't necessarily need to be related.
The mount and crates already exist in game so it's not like they need to be patched in.
Plus didn't they say console would receive their rewards by the 19th, not specifically on the 19th?

As a console user, I’ve been looking daily and still nothing, so I doubt it said by the 19th when I actually read the post.
