    To be honest, we (as customers) should start demanding a refund or compensation for all the downtime this game had.
    Something with consumer rights and such.

    While I enjoy you fixing past failures in the past, I really think you should do something to warn people that you are doing maintenance on the game B4 you actually do them. I'll have to add a dislike to the customer support on this one. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    -People in PvP must be utterly p'd off.

    -People in a dungeon group must be ecstatic.

    -People like me that made plans to play, could of made other plans to do something else instead of making those plans later.

    While we normally make every effort to give in-game notice when we're bringing a server offline, we wanted to expedite it in this particular case to prevent further loss of progress that some of you had already run into. Again, as mentioned earlier in this thread, we expect downtime to be at least a couple hours. We'll keep everyone updated in this thread.

    Honestly, I try to understand that these things happen, but are we to assume that no one at Zenimax could give us even a few minutes warning? Even five minutes?

    Will it be another roll back, its pretty much written off the entire evening EU side made even better by finding traits etc are not being learnt and now it doesn't look like it will be possible to get them restarted tonight.

    I don't normally find myself that annoyed but the last few of days in ESO have been a mix of unplayable lag, crashes, maintenance and bugs. I'd wish for a 3 day roll back and try and forget about the experience but sadly this seems unlike.
