@ZOS_JessicaFolsom
ZOS is forcing me to go outside and risk the wrath of the mysterious yellow ball in the sky.
I have left instructions with my attys. to begin legal action against ZOS if I am harmed in any way. (I have heard rumors that that yellow ball burns people!)
I will post further updates as they are available in this thread...

exploit = abusing in game mechanics. in the case of the writs it had to do with putting the writ in the bank and harvest the node.
cheating = what you've seen at the weekend. it was a THIRD PARTY application and had nothing to do with bugged mechanics
people were only perma banned for CHEATING, not EXPLOITING (3 day ban).
you see the difference? ZOS indirectly said: exploit mechanic and profit, not much will happen.
Not enough Ta's are dropping...ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »We'll have messaging going up shortly, but yes we are bringing the PC/Mac servers down to address an issue that was introduced with today's patch.
How to test a major update ZOS-way:
Step 1. Don't waste time for internal tests. Just push the patch to live servers in prime time.
Step 2. Wait 4-5 hours for players to test the patch.
Step 3. Find out the most obvious bugs.
Step 4. Shut down the server for maintenance to fix these bugs.
Step 5. ???
Step 6. Profit!
It amazes me what entitled jerks people are. By all means, please enlighten us on your extensive experience with testing major software. They don't take down servers lightly - they did it because an exploit was discovered. However, in your estimation, they have no idea what they are doing. Go you! You are an expert on the internet.
game breaking bugs that require the server to be taken down 5 hours after launch means you did not test properly!!! end of story. they suck
Evasion: Casting this ability and its morphs now requires that you wear 5 pieces of Medium Armor.
I'm so sad! I was such in the mood to play ESO!!!
You can watch my video meanwhile if you are bored though!!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bi6_LaB4wBk

Chapel of Dibella in Anvil. And I think she's gorgeous.
Is there a statue of Akatosh as well ? *-* please say yes. It will become my new facebook pic
The Chapel of Akatosh in Kvatch is locked. I suspect it's a quest area ... hope to get inside soon.

I think its been mentioned before in this thread, not EVERYTHING can be tested on the PTS and the PTS is WAY DIFFERENT then the LIVE server. Thats life even i wanna get in and play the DLC but theres something called being patient, wont kill no one if they dont play for awhile.

At least I can show them to someone)
Usually they are held within my PC just like on this pic
