Sorcerers were over nerfed... again

    What is the point for Sorcerers and magicka builds.... stamina ones can spam one skill all day every day and do a lot more damage and a lot more dps. They now have stamina healing spells, 3 times more mitigation.... unlimited ways to get to a target and unlike the Sorcerer teleport, their charge ability has no increased cost if used often.

    You also nerfed Surge twice, first you add a cooldown then you remove the passive giving us 10% cost reduction... Surge is one of the most expensive spells in the game, more expensive than any spell NB`s, Dk`s and Templars have. Same for the pets, they cost a lot more than any other heal... a lot more.

    So sadly there is so little to look forward to in 1.6 except maybe some more grind... to get back to the power level we were before 1.6...

    Is this what you wanted, to nerf every class so bad they need to grind(and thus play) for a year to gain the power back? Are you even aware about any of this, do you play your game?

    You're just blatantly making *** up. Nothing you said in regards to stam heals or magick damage is true.

    I feel other classes should be buffed and sorcs should be left alone.... rediculous how a sorcs can take on 4 guys in pvp straight up...... the moment we stun snare etc he's dead but those shields r rediculous........ buff the other classes and make a separate scaling system for pvp and pve it will make the game 100% better in ever aspect

    Wrong, fix the exploits, and ban people USING these exploits and then the game will be 100% better. Until zos grows a pair and stops banning people on the forums for requesting them to do something about the cheaters and to fix exploits, and to ACTUALLY ban exploiters (shuffle exploit, permanent dodge exploit, etc etc), the game will just feel like if you don't cheat you are not in the meta.

    And yet it was somehow perfectly fine to nerf NBs main defensive ability into the ground.
    P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.

    Permanent dodge exploit. That's a new one. I think at some level we like to think ppl are Macroing or exploiting because we are hopelessly outclassed. I fight some of the best ppl in our game they are running shuffle... I hit them they fall down take damage and then get up buff up and kill me. I also fight ppl with three Mundus stones they are not very good I kill them quick or use axes etc...

Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

    I disagree there. I think, as someone who is not that great a player, that a sorcerer build is the ideal way to learn. I agree that Templar and DK are relatively easy, as are NB, but a sorcerer actually takes thought, strategy and planning.

    I find it challenging. Once you get it right though, your just about unstoppable regardless of nerfs.

    We do still have plans to make stamina-based Sorcerer builds more competitive. That said, it’s going to take some time to make comprehensive changes that are balanced, fully tested (both internally and on the PTS), and also include appropriate visual effects. We’re currently keeping an eye on data since Update 6 was published, and have some ideas on what we’d like to pursue. What would you all like to see to make stamina Sorcs a more viable build to use?

      I played on pts a lot mostly dueling.
      I never noticed nerf to surge? Explain pls
      I never noticed nerf to cost reduction: please link the patch notes. I play with 2 peice heavy armour and 5 light so I don't have to rely on sheilds so much.

      I am very much looking forward to the patch. Champion point changes and pet changes are good for pvp and pve especially since they made the Ward refrwshable on pets now. Along with having Magika det unlocked and nerfs to nightblade and improvements to magelight etc. I see it as a massive buff. I just wish vet ranks were gone already since grinding a new toon is gonna take ages. 1-50 is easy but those vet ranks grinding is a pain.

      Im telling you because you ask for buffs for already op class currently with some specific builds.

      And not everyone using fotm 2h builds. Your argument is invalid here. There is only one thing to barely counter your shield spam is that lol wrecking blow spam or snipe with insane burst. But they dont have both best defence via shields and best offence like some sorc builds.

      I don't have to do tests, i'm pvp'ing everyday for at least 5-6 hours. i know what i'm talking about. You on the other seem to not really know that. I consider myself a pretty good sorcerer, but 2H are a sorcerers weak spot, since they hit very hard on someone who has basically no armor, and crit rush spamming makes it possible to follow a streaking sorcerer all the time, if he can't get a dodge roll in between the streaks.

      Snipe isn't as strong anymore. Yesterday i was standing in front of a keep, letting 3 people constantly snipe me for a minute and i laughed at them. If you're not stealth attacking, your snipe won't do much damage.

      I have quite the opposite experience with 2H. Yes they hit me harder than every other class however unless they are fully buffed and stealth when they u per cut I can pretty much with stand any assault. my sorc is so op and broken I can last through almost any attack with AC and strategically stacking shields while maintaining third person awareness also using the environment helps. I usually run with a dk heavy tank and a stamplar. From my experience I'm tankier than the dk and dish out more dps than the stamplar. It's pretty unfair, but Ima abuse the heck out of it until they fix it.
