I have the same problem, I was playing then the game wouldn't load when I was zoning into a different area. I closed the game and now my log in times out. Ticket submitted, been six hours and so far nothing. Tried the spam login and that has not worked either...

As much as I like this game if they can not fix these and the other bugs I will go somewhere else..

Simple answer: Networking is never as simple as you may think. First they have to find the issue. The problem here though, is that some things they have tried have worked for some people and not for others. Such as, disabling addons, though in reality by disabling the addon, it may have just been their lucky login attempt and not the addon being disabled that worked. It's made it difficult to narrow down the problem. I believe for a portion of this time, they have firmly believed it was an account issue, though with spamming the login server allowing some players in, it brings up the issue that it may be their login servers and not the account (though if you read my other post about this in the thread http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/100856/error-code-301-3-1-1229-90098-since-crash-over-an-hour-ago#latest you would see how it could be account related).

Again, nothing is ever simple when it comes to networking
