    I wouldn't leave just yet. I think they just have to reboot the servers more often.

    The only irreplaceble things are

    missed time leveling on soon to be nerfed anomalies
    Legendary mats froms hirelings

    I enjoy the game so much that leaving would not solve my problems.

    That is an interesting logic there, and one that demand an explanation. Beyond I like the game too much. This is a recurring problem for players, and frankly if anything rebooting the servers daily just shifts the burden. To the poor players who will have those down times fall in their play times.

    I would not mind pausing my game for 15 mins to allow some poor buggers to log in. Better that then having them wait like 6 days.

    I find there is always something to do in the game, so i get around the game progressing bugs and bots and other issues like dying because the keys don't respond.

    But when you cannot even login, that is really bad. IMHO.

    Add me to the "not able to login" list.

    I have filed a ticket. Yes, they sent a canned response even though I stated explicitly that I could not log on with any computer I tried. My roommate can log onto his character just fine from my computer as well as his own computer.

    So yes, it is a server side problem and not our computers!

    Reset the servers daily please until you can solve this problem.

    I have cancelled my subscription already (4 days remaining). If they fix the issue within the four days fine, but otherwise I'm am out of here.

    There is NO WAY I will pay for a game that I cannot play. Sorry.

    im not mad about the bug and login problems itself. not at all to be honest.
    im just really mad how zenimax treats his costumers.
    just with ignorance and kicks in your asses.

    and actually i dont care about losing on "lvling time" since i am v12 since 2 weeks already. i just care about the fact i payed for 3 days playing and zenimax doesnt comply with the contract we have.

    I believe this company only hears from the wallet, so my single voice just cancelled; And I am thankful I only lost these last few days of my subscription.

    I truly hope Zenomax figures out how to take better care of their customers, because they have something here that is truly fun to play; when it works, but horribly frustrating for customer communications.

    Anyways if you want to make a difference, stop posting here and speak up with what matters, your $$.

    I cancelled mine, but not because I couldn't login. I cancelled mine because once logged into the game, I get loading screens every ten to fifteen seconds. I also get killed by mobs which do not spawn on my client until I have died and rezzed. My mother has also cancelled.

    Zenimax, it is THIS SIMPLE. We are unable to play a game we paid for. You owe us some compensation in the form of game time. I am not asking for items, a lifetime subscription, or anything else, and neither are these people. Make it right. Give us some free days to compensate for the time we have all lost due to your patches. Failure to appease your players will result in a failed game. Remember, one pissed client tells ten people. One happy client tells two or three.

    They had better compensate us.. I have been locked out 3 times in two weeks for a total 6 days. Not to mention all the other game breaking bugs that have been encountered in the past two weeks when I am actually able to log in. Getting copy and paste replies or straight up ignored tickets from Zenimax. Its complete BS. and shows just how much you guys value your PAYING CUSTOMERS..... Not at all... Chalk me up for another one thats unsubbing... Great job Zeni (insert heavy sarcasm here).

    yea same here I need this issue fixed plz 140614-002303

    Like a lot of us I'm sure I work during the week and the weekends are the only time I really get to enjoy the game so for me to be having this issue is really annoying
    I'm not going to wait to server restart to get this issue fixed please have this fixed to day.........

    and yes I did every thing to attempted to fix this issue on my side even tho is not from my system/network

    Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team and reporting your issue. I am really sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties logging in to the game. As far as I understand from your previous ticket, you are getting error 301 when trying to get in to ESO.



    Please be aware that this issue can have different causes and solutions. First, please try the following:

    •Log in to your account on https://account.elderscrollsonline.com


    •Sign the new Terms of Service agreement.


    •Then, log back into the game.


    If these steps don't solve your issue, it could be connection related. Please try the following:

    •Reboot router/modem


    •Connect your computer via cable (not wireless).


    Additionally, if you haven't done so already, please ensure that you have added the "Bethesda_launcher", as well as "eso.exe" to your Antivirus/Firewall exception rules (if your PC does not have network security software, Windows often comes bundled with a simple one by default. Follow the same steps for it as well as Windows Firewall). In addition, you may want to check that your router has not blocked access through the following ports:

    •TCP / UDP Ports 10500 through 13800


    •TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131


    •TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507


    •TCP / UDP Ports 34600 through 34700


    •TCP / UDP Ports 49100 through 54000


    •TCP / UDP Ports 60300 through 61000


    You can find out more about how to open ports for your router by consulting its documentation or researching the issue online.

    You may wish to try a clean boot to disable background programs that could potentially be blocking the connection by following this procedure:

    •Click Start and type msconfig in the search box


    •Right click on the msconfig.exe program and choose "Run as administrator"


    •On the General Tab at the top, click on the Selective startup radio button


    •Uncheck "Load startup items"


    •Click on the Services tab and check the "Hide all Microsoft services" box


    •Click the "Disable all" button at the bottom


    •Click Apply, then click OK


    •Restart your computer

    still waiting for my compensation for the PAYED lost 4 days i coiuldnt log in. I PAYED FOR IT.

    cant stop repeating myself. eso is one of the best games i played so far but zenimax is BY FAR the worst provider i've EVER experienced. like the VERY worst.

    that is still not even close to be an acceptable way to "fix" the issue. "spam login 100 times and u might -with a lot of luck- be able to login.." WTF.
