NB just killed me in about 4 seconds

✭I get killed by a decent NB from sneak in 3 seconds to. I have almost 3000 hp. They are definitely not weak in that department. There also seems to be something not working properly with the cc-break in that situation, by the time I can use a skill I'm already dead.
But I also get killed in 3 sec when ambushed by critstacking sorcerers. I can also ambush NB's myself and kill them before they manage to counter. So It's not an exclusive NB problem.
The issue is way to much burst in PvP, while cc breaks aren't responding or to long animation.
I would like to see a 25% dmg reduction in PvP, over the board. Scaling needs to be more effective as well. Would be a lot more fun if people got a chance to fight back, when ambushed. Everyone (but tanky DK builds) dies way to fast in Cyrodiil. PvP (outside of zergs) is all about sneaking and getting the first hit in, for 100% win.Edited by eliisra on June 10, 2014 3:00PM4 -

Thechemicals✭✭✭✭✭You cant break out of a cc effect from getting knocked off a horse because that isnt a standard cc effect. Getting knocked off a horse is about 2 seconds of dps and if he cc's you after you get up, thats another 1-2 seconds depending on how fast you break out. Nightblades are assassins so he should be able to kill you in 3-5 seconds at 2500 health.
Im a templar so an Nb cant kill me off a horse knock down or in 4 seconds or less because i have sunshield and debuff on my dps loadout. You should find something similar to add to your loadout.
Armor skill tree has shield spell skills and resto has an awesome shield spell that gets stronger the more damage you lost. Once you debuff or shield spell/sheild block dps from NB attacks, they are dead meat. If you are marked for death and shield yourself or use skills/spells while holding block- you literally counter marked for death and he becomes his own victim.Vr14 Templar since release- dual resto

That must be the reason why bow is so rigged, or part of it, in cyrodiil.
That needs to be fixed and OTHER stamina weapons need to be buffed.

thelg✭✭✭Basically don't get ambushed on horse. Unless your opponent is a moron of sub VR you will die.
Also if you solo try and have either stealth detection up or very high stealth (medium + set + cat). If NB open on you and you are not Sorc you are quite often toast.
NBs whine way too much they are 100% balanced in AvA. If they give them dps boost it will just get silly.0 -

If they do not know how to play the Templar properly, they are food for the templars crows.
The VR content did one thing. Made me make an even more powerful Templar.
The sad thing is that I am not VR1 any more to kick VR10 DK/NB (Vampires also), keep laughing at their corpses.
When comes to PvP in UO, DAOC & TESO I always say "keep it simple".

2.) Your opponent must not have magelight
3.) Your opponent is mounted/manning a siege weapon/looking at his stats/chatting

Lets see how often you can get a VICTIM with the above 3 requirements and 4 doesn't bug the hell out in pvp.

Lots and lots of DKs. You simply cant kill one without either 1. Another DK of the same skill level or 2. 4-5 people.

This is not correct. At least one Crystal Fragment might have been an instant proc, maybe even both.This is unlikely 3 seconds. There are no other damage spells on you and each shard is 1.5 seconds.

Subscription cancelled due to the following facts:
- Zenimax implements more bugs from patch to patch
- Zenimax does not care about the increasing instability of the game. People have more and more crashes Fix of memory bug decreased number of crashes considerably
- Zenimax has still not fully fixed the fps drops they (!) implemented with patch1.2.3
- Zenimax does nothing to fix the massive ability lags in PvP

I can understand most of the stat and how to get there, but somebody tell me how to get to 3K health?
I am v6, 2.1k health, to v12 will add 90, thats far from 3k, do you all just get all armour enchant to health or something, is that enough?1 -
It happend to me also a few times, but you got to figure this.. They are worthless in group PvP, but are fast burst stun killers..
I agree you cant do a lot agianst it, but *** that, thats what they are good at..

49 point into health and 4 pieces of (non infused) armor with white health glyphs get me to 2950 or something.
Its really not that difficult to break 3k even without food.

Simple, Inner light ( magelight morph ) gives 20% spellcrit, get Willows + Twilight set ( i use atm ) = another 10%, then bonuses from cyradiil that give another 5% ?
Anyway atm i have 60% spellcrit so and could be 65 with pakt set 2 -

What about the weapon crit? I'm 8% right now (5 with mundus, 3 with trait), i'm looking to get it a bit higher. DK here0 -

Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.

Why you have not shown some of your PRO to this NB?
Also, you said good melee will able to lower distance with not problem. And where it was in your fight with vr1 Sorc?

demonlkojipub19_ESO✭✭✭✭✭I have never gotten destroyed by a NB in the manner that the OP apparently did, but I have seen it happen a few times. I think it usually happens when you are neither paying attention nor ready for the stealth attack. A single NB can destroy you if you're not even nearly ready to get stealth attacked. Hell, a single anyone can destroy you if you aren't ready to be stealth attacked. And it usually happens when the NB opens with an attack that is not teleport strike. That one is too easy to get out of. I'm pretty sure if a NB is invis and stealth at the same time its pretty easy for them to get the drop on you.
But really anyone has an upper hand on you if you let them get a sneak attack crit on you. I've done it myself to a lesser effect and Im not a NB. NB's are just better at it than other classes since they can go invis and stealth simultaneously, which helps prevent you from being stealth detected if you get close to someone not using mage light (at least I think they can be stealth and invis at the same time at least...)

he activated Surge to proc an instant shard, heavy attack inturrupt cast another shard straight after followed up with endless. i'v done this one before to test it's effectiveness.

✭✭✭I have been killed recently by a sorc in 0.5 sec . He used Soul Assoult from stealth for ~3800 my 1950 spell resist and inner Light were really useful in this situation. I will not cry for nerf like whiners that got Death Stroke nerfed into complete uselessness in both PVP and PVE though. ITT sorcs that dont realize they can open every fight with a shard proc by buffing themselves or casting aoes that dont hit anything, or the best yet casting spells that fail because the target is out of line of sight or out of range or behind them but you get shard procs anyway without even spending any mana. yet 90% of sorcs stand on keep walls hard casting shards /facepalm
anyway, OP you got ganked on your horse it happens, my dk kills people before they get up from the dismount knockdown all the time. difference is when us dks get knocked of our horse if they dont kill us the 3 sec cc we get up and dragon blood then demolish the guy that picked the fight in the first place.Edited by davidhorstub17_ESO on June 10, 2014 11:29PM1
