you fail to understand, that mage very well could have killed someone within the time frame that his insta cast was still ready to use on the next target, it doesn't take that long to drop back into stealth after ganking someone1 -

Hard to break stun when i've just been knocked off my horse. I was trying to break stun but nothing happened
not after i fell of my horse nope.
I'd just come out of the gate (near where the temple is) which was closed and we had about 5 keeps close to the main base so i didnt expect that area to be contested.
You can call me a whiner all you want but getting killed in 3 seconds by one person isnt fun at all
Fair enough i got owned by a nightblade but from a sorc who actually killed me QUICKER is just ridiculous.
I have no idea how he managed to hit 445 on me. My hardest hitting ability is only 302 damage, and im melee. Ranged is obviously dominant in this game

Actually breaking a stun in this game is a coin toss.
Just because you have enough stam or an ability that breaks imob or stun dose not mean it will actually.. you know. work.3 -

I did this to somebody last night, except they were stealthing and broke stealth only for a very brief moment - it took me all of 2 seconds maybe to kill them? He was vet 12, I am vet1.

It was the first skill he used on me most likely. I was killed within 4 seconds, that's why it exploded. Try harder?
20% of my health is 520. Which means when he hit the last crystal fragments, I was instantly hit with endless fury explosion. Which means he pretty much hit me for 864 damage in one hit.Edited by Valn on June 10, 2014 11:00AM1 -

This is wrong. If a streak or two from stealth gives a proc to CF then a heavy attack with an instant CF immediately after takes about half a second because of animation canceling. Throw in another light attack followed immediately by another CF cast and the Fury finisher and it happens just like the screenshot shows.A full heavy is 2-3 second charge + 1.3 for at least one crystal fragment. ✭It exploded because you were under 20‰ health. The initial damage is not on the recap because he used it at the end.
And again all this is also without seeing the skills used for the first 600 plus damage missing from the recap.

There's the missing 600 damage.

Crystal Fragments 1.3s
Crystal fragments - Instant
Endless fury explosion
He killed me less than 4 seconds because endless fury exploded.
