I am also experiencing EXACTLY what you are describing. Ironically if I start a new char, everything is absolutely perfect....ergo....its definitely NOT our connection which has an issue but their server. ZOS Community Managers? Please respond to us.I'm also receiving this error on the North American cluster. I log in, and select my character. Then in game in Auridon, people and horses barely move and jitter, and I'm unable to perform non-client actions, sprinting, mounting, dismounting, zoning, ETC.
I've reset my PC and my DSL modem to no avail.
I'm unable to play the game at the moment!
I still have this issue, has there been any advancement in the troubleshooting?

Yes, we are continuing to work on that as well, though that is a technical issue. The "Unknown Error Occurred" message is a catch-all for any number of issues, so it is not indicative of a single problem. We encourage those encountering this error to please contact our Support Team.
