I wonder if it has something to do with subscription renewal. I am having the same problem and my account says "You have < 1 days of game time remaining.". It may be that there is a problem with the login server not syncing up with the payment/subscription system.
To me it says: Game Time Remaining
You have 1 days of game time remaining.

That's interesting as I got my 301 on the day before my renewal date as well.....

Its possible some ISP are allowing there peering points with Level 3 Akamai Cognet, etc to saturate. This caused issues with Netflix which is why Netflix was forced to pay some ISP for direct peering bypassing the CDN .
those getting the 301 error should post their connection type and ISP and see if there is any correlation...im curious to see if there is.

From the above you can clearly see they are stumped for the moment. They hope the reset in the morning will clear things up for those of us receiving the login difficulties. So, cross your fingers. That is exactly what they are doing. Who knows -- if we all cross our fingers, we will all be lucky and the problem will just vanish.

I dont know if this is what helped. But no server restart yet (EU) and no response from the customer service. But I removed the "remember login" typed some garbage, and hit login. Next I typed correct userid and password and boom I can login again.
