What makes you so sure that this game will change in the drastic way that you think it needs to change? How long do you think it will take them? First off, look... I'm only asking here because I'm only one human. Other humans have good ideas and other brain bits. I can learn from them 
So again, lots of you guys that are defending the railing accusations that are being cast at this game like the entire payload from NORAD, are very sure of yourselves and I am actually willing to believe you. Hell, I like this game too, but I just don't see where they are going to get the information from TO change it. They don't seem to listen well. Lots of testers said they never really listened to them. So from a design standpoint, I want to be hopeful here. And this one guy is talking about housing taking 2 years? 2 years? Come on now.
I don't know guys... I WANT to be hopeful, but I'm just not seeing any signs. The people that are complaining on this board are doing a really good job of it. Sure there's ignorant comments, but there's a lot of good, thought out, intellectual topics with countless gripes. And those topics get lots of agrees and support from other posters.

So 2 for 3. But see, the thing is the next WoW doesn't intrest me. The first one never held any appeal to me. But how long will I sub? Who knows? With some changes and a bit of balancing/new content I'd be having too much fun to care.
But I'm not sure if I see ZOS taking the bold steps necessary any time soon. I think it's going to be little changes and patches mostly that address technical issues for some time to come.

gdorsettub17_ESO✭✭✭Because since this is a P2P game they need to make it worth staying. So if people are leaving because of the bugs or whatever, they want to fix it so they keep subscribers. It's also worth mentioning that the P2P model is staying for sure at least to console release. Going F2P before that would be beyond stupid.0 -

Somehow I wouldn't put it past them, but yes. That would be very stupid. Even from a curiosity standpoint, they'd want to see how console players are going to respond to the p2p state first.

✭✭First off, I'm seeing a constant stream of regular fixes.
Granted, none of them looks like the "major coup to end all fixes", but a) they sure add up over time, b) expecting a major coup in the first place is not how enterprise-level software development works, anyway, and c) there's no better sign that this game enjoys a healthy development.1 -

Basically, ZOS should prevent players from traveling to other factions after reaching VR1. To compensate, they should remove one zone from each alliance and convert those three zones into alliance neutral, multi-level, endgame content zones accessible by all VR players.
The only change I suggested which might see the light of day is the addition of a difficulty option. It would be better than nothing I suppose.1
