Close the game, then change your keyboard settings to a different support language, run the game and set the controls to default then repeat back to your original keyboard settings.
Close the game,
Click Start, type intl.cpl in the Start Search box,
On KeyboardsandLanguage tab, click Change Keyboards, then click on Add,
Expand the language that you want. For example, expand French,
Expand keyboard list, click to select the French check box, and then click OK,
In the options, click View Layout to compare the layout with the actual keyboard,
In the default input language list, click French, and then click OK twice,
In the Regional and Language Options dialog box, click OK,
In your Windows task bar (next to you clock), mouse-over the EN icon and click on it and select the new language you just have set-up with the above steps.
Now run the game once more, then Press ESC and choose Controls, then Keybindings,
Now press X for default controls
They moved my Deshaan character and I can now access all my characters that are in different areas. I am thinking Deshaan is still bugged like it was three days ago. Just glad I can access them. Well I can right now anyway.Thanks Kendrick in CS.

They updated the account and system maintenance to add two hours to it. Despite them saying the game is not affected, I really hope this is an authentication issue that will be resolved with account maintenance. If not, this is just getting silly. Asking for my DirectX info when I have been playing smoothly on Ultra settings since Early Access? Please.

I just confirmed this as well, apparently I'm still logged in and in Deshaan, although I haven't been able to even get to character select screen for 9 hours.CosmicRhapsody wrote: »@Saiden You are also not alone in this.
