Thanks for the maintenance guys! Still can't log in though - reckon someone could respond to my ticket that's been dangling?

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I would recommend putting your ticket number here and @ pinging some of the support folks on the forums in the post as well so they will get a notification and hopefully speed up help on your ticket.
Do you have a character stuck with the black screen bug or can't log in because you get a black screen only and no game?
If it the black screen only going into game try to make an edit to your usersetting.txt file before opening the game. Worked for a bunch of us mostly NVIDIA users.
Make a copy of your usersettings.txt file first. Then change this line:
SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "2" from "2" to "1"
