Corporate ways of working, keep everything a secret, never tell something that could scare "The Customers" away.
I have been waiting all day, for around 12 hours now to get a simple question answered:

Yes, they stated it was cosmetic and 2 weeks could go by fixing it, but no way I will be logging in to a broken game just to be rolled back or screwed achievement wise.
So yes, tthe Silence is deafening!
As mentioned in that thread, the missing achievements is strictly a visual UI error and all your data still exists. You can still continue to play and gain achievements, and the visual error to the current achievements will be fixed soon.Corporate ways of working, keep everything a secret, never tell something that could scare "The Customers" away.

We understand it's sometimes difficult to pinpoint a response from a staff member since the forum is pretty active, but we do encourage you to check out the Dev Tracker (on the right side of the page in the menu) if you're looking for an answer to something specific.

I'm sure they were happy to see the google results starting to pop up positive about their new content release. Get a couple interested sites to start looking at the billing issues still ongoing, the login issues, the crash issues, and everything else. If when you do a search for eso news and the first 10 results are reality of what is happening in game again maybe they will start trying to save their jobs before the real world nerf bat swings towards their car and house payment in 6 months.

Then maybe you should change the layout of this Dev Tracker, returning to the more usual forum view, instead of this "tile" view.
So we can see at a glance the update time of the threads/messages, mark them as read, see the new/updated ones, etc...
And also split the tracker by language, as seeing official communications three times is not very useful, and with huge posts (release notes or with plenty of quotes) in this tile view it's even harder to find stuff you have not read yet.
/edit : at least it's what i think, so maybe give us the option to customize the Dev tracker (and rest of the forum?) display settings.
We're working on a new format now that will show the Dev Tracker as a list instead of a tiled view.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »
