I think the agende of ZOS and my priority list to call a game playable differs too much:

1) Fixing quests vs fixing other stuff - namely character skills. Last two patches list of fixes were about issues I never heard about. Granted I'm not an official source when it's about bugs, but I think as a player and an avid forum reader I meet the main issues. Now compare these with me having a vampire NB main. Yeah, a grand total of 20% of my class/world skills actually work. This takes out a lot from the game's 'play however you want' for the favor of fixing quests which never were bugged for me in the first place. Or fixing WW run speed (saw a grand total of 3 people with it in 3 months, I don't think they were annoyed by it btw) instead of, I don't know vampire passives maybe?

2) Bots. I thought I'm not someone who gets annoyed easily. Currently I meet more bots than regular players. The train of them idiots, the hacking and constant spamming take away my will to play. I reported them, I swear I did. None of those characters were deleted. I repeat this - my long-long list of ignore on which the bots go has those accounts on it I reported at day 1.

3) Attachment to the game. The game is really good, and I mean it. I found the story interesting and I like the veteran system. However current guild system and the lack of AH doesn't really help to make the players a community. I change guilds more than I change my armor lately - I have lots of high level goods to sell (one of those all-crafting toons) and the buyers are spread too thin. With this in mind I should also look for a proper guild, but seriously, I can't be arsed for it anymore.

Of these however the bot issue is the worst. I thought I can outlevel them and play in peace. I was wrong. The game is infested with bots, I hope they will pay enough to make up for me leaving.

You raise valid concerns, I'm going to address a some for you to hopefully ease them for you.

    1) ZoS is aware of and is in the process of repairing the issues related to Vampire and Class passives failing to function properly. If you read the patch notes for 1.1.1 ( a.k.a Craglorn) you will see that they are in the process if fixing them. You can also look at the In-Progress Known Issues topic of the Customer Service forum to see if they are addressing it, which they are. Some bugs are easier to fix than others, and can be addressed quickly. There are many developers working on the game, and they aren't all working on the same bugs. As bug reports come in, they are assigned to developers who will verify and fix if needed. If something is a simple fix, it will be added to the next patch, and the developer will move on to the next bug.

    2) ZoS is working tirelessly to fix the bot problem. As painful as it is to see in-game, we don't see the work that ZoS is doing on this one, because it happens on the backend of the server, or server side, what we see in-game is client side. Server side issues are what allow the bots to get into the game in the first place, once ZoS resolves the server side issues, and stops new bots from getting in, they'll be able to eradicate the bots in-game.

    3) The AH "issue" has been addressed. Whether or not the good people as ZoS decide to add one or not is ultimately their decision, but it doesn't really affect the majority of players. Would a Global, faction based AH be nice, yes. But, as it currently stands, guilds are account based, not faction based, so you can join a guild with a dominion character and still access the guild bank/store on a covenant or pact character. This means a dedicated trading guild is multi-faction. If you find a good, large trading guild, you will have access to players from all 3 factions, which is a much larger consumer base than a single-faction AH.
Gimme back my sweetroll or so help me

Lack of AH is a very good thing. An AH would only allow the prices to bombard because goldsellers/buyers get the chance to globally ruin the economy.

Deadric motif would go for 300k on global AH and people buying gold would probably laugh because fair players can't afford it.
While with guildstores ,you might actually get a fair price if you are in a nice guild. And they can have no effect on that as much
