Night Market Mournful Catacomb: Confluence of Shadows Achievement bugged?

The achievement states: "While facing an Aspect of Rage or Sorrow in the Mournful Catacomb, allow a Wraith of Crows to enter the fight and defeat both as an individual."
I just completed the Mournful Catacomb, and killed a Wraith of Crows alongside the Aspect of Rage solo during a portal fight. I did both portals; Aspect of Sorrow first (no Wraith of Crows spawned) and then the Aspect of Rage. The achievement didn't pop.
Not sure if it's bugged, or written inaccurately and there's more to it. Does one player need to fight both Aspects with a Wraith of Crows each time?

✭✭How it worked for me and friends:
- dd (you) enters the portal
- people who are left in the main room need to make sure Wraith of Crows mob is not killed in main room and is not interrupted (if he is interrupted, he won't go into portal)
- when Wraith of Crows enters the portal, you need to kill it first, only then you can kill Aspect.
Achievement should be awarded immediately as you exit the portal if the add was dead before you killed the Aspect. You can allow other dd to go in next portal to do the same if he also needs this achiv. There are only two chances to get this achiv per dungeon. And then you can reset the fight if tank and healer need this achiv too; this will require everyone to be able to relog on their dds for this fight.

One time we had healer accidentally go into portal, it took so long that we eventually run out of safe space to stand on in main room, and Aspect in portal still had like 70% health left
So we decided to wipe to reset the fight, and found out that circles themselves don't do lot of damage, something like 1200 damage per second if we stand in it. So it was a bit hard to wipe 0 -
zsquared8080✭✭This is super helpful context! Now that you mention it, I'm able to see the Wraith of Crows interruptible before he goes in to the side area. We were able to clear it as a group with this context.
However, I will say I do still see the bug: It seems this achievement pops only occasionally when fighting the Aspect of Sorrow with the Wraith of Crows. In my experience it pops all the time with Aspect of Rage.
One of my group of four killed the Wraith of Crows before killing the Aspect of Sorrow 3 times -- once each in two pulls, we then moved Night Market instances and returned to the dungeon, and they did it a third time -- and didn't get the achievement. It popped once they did the same with the Aspect of Rage.
This was the same for me. The first time I did it without the achievement was when I was facing the Aspect of Sorrow.0
