My DK uses a two handed sword. The damage from a two handed sword comes from being hit by the heavy and sharp metal the weapon is made from. Bright red and orange lights do not emanate from this metal. So what is realistic about that?

What I find exaggerated are explosions of light and sound when getting on a mount or recalling... or swinging a sword that has no realistic reason to be flashing. The visuals have been getting increasingly obnoxious for awhile now. Who are they targeting with this?

I would have a hard time identifying dragon knight now without this specific visual and I need to see it 100% because it is part of the dragon knight identity. I have a hard enough time telling a dragon knight apart and it would ruin my immersion and gaming experience to change their identity now. Especially since I can finally know who is a dragon knight.
