Night Market Faction - Which to pick?

Is there a reliable resource somewhere that succinctly summarizes exactly what you get (and miss out on ) when you select a Night Market faction? I'd like to see this condensed into 3 short paragraphs max, including *exactly* what the monster set does, not just "it's good for stealth" or "it's good for PVP." What's in the store that you get access to. Etc. For a while I thought the tentacle faction was cool because of the green dye but then I saw that it was "optimized for the new overland difficulty" yeah I want to spend 3 hours fighting a mudcrab for 6 more gold, no thanks.

There’s several good YouTube videos. I watched one last night called what to do before night market launches.

That's cool man, I do appreciate it, and I'll watch a video if I am pressed, but is there anyone out there who knows how to write words who has put this info into a convenient document?

eso hub is a good source:
    https://eso-hub.com/en/events/the-night-market

    you do get
    set
    set style
    furniture
    banner
    dye
    title
    room in the new house

but i am unsure what is mutually exclusive and what isnt - but the night market will return twice afaik so you can join every one of the factions at another time

edit: someone already posted the link while I was typing

I've only seen this written guide, it's very detailed though:

    https://eso-hub.com/en/events/the-night-market

I do not have any interest in the actual gameplay in there based on what I saw on PTS, but I really like cosmetic unlocks :D
Particularly because of faction-locked dyes and titles, I am concerned if Night Market will return enough times to select each faction once. If we can participate in this event only 2 times, then I'm panicking cause I can't choose which 2 dyes I need the most :o
The event begins on April 29, 2026, and runs for seven weeks, ending on June 17, 2026. If you miss the first window, don't worry. the developers have confirmed the Night Market will return at least once more later in 2026.

So, it looks to me from that hub link that the furnishings are the same from all 3 vendors other than the banner differences? Am I understanding this correctly? Why do people talk about the gold faction being good for furnishing then?

The rewards all looks "fun, but nothing I'll use" to me.

I recommend this. The best and detailed thing I've found. It answered most of the questions I had after ZOS news.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snSvjteBdco

Long story short. Faction locks you on:
    - monster set items and styles
    - one faction achievement with the corresponding color and title

So anyway you miss 2 monster sets and their styles, plus 2 achievements with 2 colors and titles, until the Night market returns.

The rest is achievable independently of a faction you choose.
The Best Faction you might ever choose on the Night Market. Join The Thousand Eyes!

Thank you. I'll likely watch the video, but that textual summary is exactly what I was looking for.

There are some pretty good YT vids out there that explain quite a bit. I've picked out a faction I'll start out with, good or bad, and a new Guild that seems really focused on playing this new addition.

I'm weighing my choice on which monster set I'd prefer first. I'm on the fence between Thousand Eye and Glittering Goad. I should probably use this downtime to determine whether either set would actually see some use.

Glittering supposes the support HAs or bashes the add, and then it dies to grant resources.
Not the best option, if you ask me.
Eyes set neither looks BiS, but works way simplier, so it might be useful for DD on a boss with multiple adds.

    Glittering Goad Monster Set
(1 item) Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
(2 items) Dealing damage with a Bash or Heavy Attack deals 812 Frost damage over 8 seconds to the enemy. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds. If the effect completes, the enemy applies Minor Brittle to up to 6 enemies within 12 meters of itself for 10 seconds. If the enemy dies, the enemy releases glittering energy, restoring 847 Magicka and Stamina to you and group members within 12 meters of the defeated enemy

    Ruckus Monster Set
(1 item) Adds 1206 Maximum Health
(2 items) Taking or dealing direct damage grants you a stack of Skirmish for 10 seconds. You can gain Skirmish every 1 second, up to 10 stacks. Lose 1 stack every 5 seconds when not taking or dealing damage. At max stacks, you no longer gain or lose stacks of Skirmish and you gain Major Protection, Major Expedition, and Major Force for 10 seconds. When max Skirmish ends, your Stamina, Magicka, and Health Recovery are reduced by 422 for 10 seconds.

    Thousand Eyes Monster Set
(1 item) Adds 657 Critical Chance
(2 items) Dealing direct critical damage applies Shived to the enemy, dealing 1079 Bleed damage and increasing their damage taken from you by 2% for 15 seconds. This damage scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage. When the enemy dies, Shived is reapplied to the lowest health enemy within 12 meters of the corpse and increases the damage taken by 2%, up to 8%. You may only have 1 enemy with Shived.

My main is a Stamina Nightblade using Dual weld & Bow it will be Ruckus or Thousand Eyes, but unsure still.

Anyone not down with 1000 eyes is dead to me.

Just kidding obviously, I'm not picking because of monster sets or whatever. Pure aesthetics. 1000 eyes look and sound cool, so that's what I will pick this first go round.

Edit, also Op. Explain night market, in detail but don't go over 3 paragraphs. Google is a thing buddy, no one here works for you. Or did you mean to type this into chatgpt?

Yes, the furnishings are the same except for the banner. People say Glittering Goad is good for furnishing because of one of the achievement rewards, it’s misinformation. You can get those rewards no matter what faction you’re on.

For once, Im just going to choose a faction I enjoy. And try to engage in the content rather than worry about gear and titles.
