Home editor furnishings 30% discount?

Sorry if I missed some news somewhere, but are furnishings through the home editor discounted for some reason? Black Fredas? When will it end?

It must be part of the Black Friday promotion. The game and DLC is massively discounted till 3 Dec it seems (late edit: or maybe 2 Dec depending on time zone). I'm excited, can't wait to spend my crowns on furnishings.

The last time I was perusing the housing editor for ideas I was thinking of when they had discounts like this before and that it would be great to have them again. Someone must have been reading my mind, lol. They’ll get more sales if they advertise it, though.

Did not even know about this until I saw the OP's post asking about it. My Mundus Stones collection is now complete and if I'd known that this was in the pipeline, I'd have saved the few thousand extra crowns I spent earlier for the other stones. Ima go cry in my beer for a bit.

Yeah, it's odd it wasn't even added to the Black Friday Sale announcement. So I'm still unsure how long the furnishing sale will last. I might try to finalise all my purchases in the next few days just to be safe.

Oh no! Though to be fair, they have never, to my knowledge, advertised sales ahead of time. I do wish they'd announce it now with all the details, but with staff on Thanksgiving break, there's little chance of it now.

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm kinda bummed the Aetherial Well wasn't on sale like the Mundus Stones. I need two (cuz it's not a collectible), and got excited when I saw this post. I would have bought two if they were on sale. So instead I didn't buy any.

I've been wishing to get Winter Festival Hearthfire cooking station for a long time since I previewed it. In preview, it allowed some very cool placements in houses, which might result is some interesting positions when cooking... But at full price I wouldn't buy it. Of course, I wish we got 50% sale, but even with 30% sale it was ok. I saw that the furnishing pack which contains this item usually costs 4000 crowns, so it was easy to choose just this 1 item

And in fact, it is the best crafting station so far - if you wish to get some awesome screenshots

I've been hoarding my crowns for a while (to be honest, not much in the crown store generally catches my fancy). But now the houses are all discounted - gonna drop a few crowns there! AND pick up furnishings I'd not do otherwise.

By the end of the weekend, I probably won't have many crowns
