Whispers of Sithis weapons lost most of their audio effects

Greetings!
In this latest patch, these weapons no longer have their unique whispers

Originally, they had:
1. special sound when unsheathed, accompanied by interesting words in unknown language
2. whispers of different phrases at rather short intervals when idling/in combat
3. special sound fading away after being sheathed

Please, fix this! I would have never bought that crate pack if these weapons didn't have their sound effects :'(

Also, it would be interesting to know the meanings of those phrases being whispered, but that's just a bonus

Thank you for fixing these weapons again

I wanted to write here as soon as we got patch notes, but I wanted to test something else in game, and just now I could do it.

Other players around used to be able to hear the sounds of these weapons as well. After this fix, they are either too quiet or non-audible for nearby players. For example, I have my NPC companion using this weapon style too, and I used to be able to hear these effects from them as loud as from my own weapon. I've also seen two other players with these weapons in the past and heard them loud and clear.
Now my companion's weapon effect is like 50% more quiet. And I've finally managed to get a player to group with me and listen to this weapon - and the player said that they can barely hear anything while my weapon was whispering to me.

It is a bit unfair, considering all other weapons with special effects can be heard by nearby players

I'm glad that I can hear all the effects again myself, but if you also manage to return the normal volume level to nearby players with these weapons, I would be very glad too
