I think a lot of us are genuinely curious and concerned about the PTS feedback not being actioned here. I'm not trying to be adversarial here, but why wasn't the PTS feedback actioned? To me, it makes more sense to fix things before they're live than after. Just from my experience. Can you please get us an answer on that?

This is the crazy part for me; like, ZOS was absolutely made aware of these issues with more than enough time to address it, either by not pushing the changes yet (again) or making pre-release adjustments (considering how light this patch cycle was...)

ZOS don't take PTS feedback unless you are a known "content creator".

Kevin if they listened to the PTS they wouldn’t have to “look into it” because they showed with video evidence that the animations were causing issues and shouldn’t go live but here we are yet again with another change that players not only did not want but showed was detrimental. What is going on over at ZOS/Micorsoft?.
