You can still vote against the forfeiture. If you vote no, the game continues.
But keep in mind that people who don't want to play aren't going to start playing just because you declined the forfeit proposal.

Than there is no difference between forfeit as group and just all quitting the battleground other than the length of the penalty. this has never in the history of any game its been implemented in done right. if it fails then 3/4 of the team who voted yes will just afk and grief the 4th player who wants to play to win, every single time. Never offer forfeit in any kind of PvP situation, for any game.
Agreed on losing out on rewards if they forfeit. Also, the ability to forfeit shouldn’t be enabled at the start of the match. At least force people to play for a few minutes.

The problem is that some players think this system is good for attracting new players and introducing new people to this type of PvP game... But it doesn't work at all. Anyone who wants to do PvP is already doing PvP. Trying to force people is pointless; it only creates problems (afk , quit, frustration, insults, etc), since the MMR doesn't work at all (and worse, it resets constantly).
