I've been very impatiently waiting for this event to finish my Set Collections with double drops from last bosses, but the description is making me a bit sad. Can you please clarify if each last dungeon boss will be guaranteed to drop double loot, or will it only be a chance? I loved previous Undaunted event and finished some Sets thanks to guaranteed double loot from last bosses, and I will be very sad if this event is going to be different

Every day of the event, the first time you complete a dungeon, you’ll receive a Glorious Undaunted Reward Box as an additional loot drop. These special boxes contain various goodies including gold, consumables, style pages, Undaunted Keys, Opal weapon styles, and more!

Additionally, each subsequent final dungeon boss you defeat will drop a regular Undaunted Reward Box, which can include the following items:

A chance to drop an item set piece from the dungeon in which the box was acquired.

cool event can't wait but no double XP? What a shame we really need a week long double exp event and I don't wanna wait till New Life in December.

Undaunted Celebration has never been double xp.
But you do not have to wait till December as Witches Festival in October also has double xp.

I really hope that the last dungeon boss will have the doubled loot for sure, but the "chance" wording doesn't give me much hope.

Undaunted Celebration has never been double xp.
But you do not have to wait till December as Witches Festival in October also has double xp.

oof I totally forgot about Witches Festival. Ive missed the last 3 or so

@ZOS_Kevin, I noticed this issue last time as well. Why are the following motifs not listed as rewards in that article:
Dreadhorn, Coldsnap and Meridian (those 3 were already missing before), and Exile's Revenge and Militant Monk (new motifs that are available in game already but not on the list either)?

I really hope this is an typo oversight and not an intended behaviour.

This has to be posted in the General Disscussion. It seems nobody saw it. There is a post on Reddit and comments are majority negative.
I'll wait until event start as there is still a hope it's typo, but if it is indeed not a typo, players need to know that it's a massive nerf. I personally don't care about cosmetics part of the event, I just want to finish several sets, and getting two weapons per run is the best thing for me in the event.

If double drops aren't active, then I'm not logging in for this. This event let me catch up on stickerbook for some dungeons. Now, it's just a chance that I get that? Sorry, I'm not wasting my time. I don't get why this had to change. I really don't.

To be fair, they both say the exact same thing. The more recent being more forthright in that it's not using an adjective to make it sound better than it is. There's literally no difference between a guaranteed chance and simply a chance.

Feels like another group content for groups and nothing for the solo runners. Every time it goes that route it seems. Group players can do solo content, but solo runners cannot do group content. Why doesn't the development team see the flaw in their balancing process.

Makes me sad so I don't want to play.

Hey all, our apologies for the unintentionally misleading info in the article. We checked with the Dev team this morning, and they have made no changes to Undaunted event drop rates or item sourcing/availability compared to past years. We are making an edit to the article to change this line:

A chance to drop an item set piece from the dungeon in which the box was acquired.

To this:

An item set piece from the dungeon in which the box was acquired.

The change will go in for English shortly, and for other languages as soon as we get localization back. Thank you for calling this out so we could correct it.

Thanks for the clarification! It might've seemed pedantic for us to read into it, but it never hurts to be sure.
