Game freezing for a couple of seconds (only on EU server).

howdy folks,
since the update (47) i have had a weird issue with the game. it happens only in Cyrodiil (and since i play only PvP it happens a lot). the game just stops, as if my PC froze (and my PC fans start to spin like crazy for the duration), then, after around 8-10 seconds, it continues to run. needless to say i am long dead by that point, as it happens only during fights. also, it happens only during evenings, when the population is capped (and the overall performance goes down the drain). never had any such problem before. i mean, the performance on EU is way worse than on NA (i have characters on both servers and even though i am in the UK i have way less lag/performance issues on NA than on EU) but this freezing is new.
before anyone points out that i shouldn't play on a potato this is my PC -
Ryzen 7 7800x3D
Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT 16GB
Crucial T500 2TB SSD PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 Internal Gaming SSD
32 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 6000 MT/s CL 30
and these are my internet speeds -
so i would hazard a guess it's a game problem. don't know if it has anything to do with graphics drivers or what could cause the issue, but at this point it's getting pretty annoying. could anyone look into this? thanks.

g0thiCiCecReaM✭✭✭My gf's laptop has not been functional since the update. Loading into a zone in takes 5 minutes or longer, then frames will drop to 5 and slow her entire system down. She is using a pretty decent laptop too, so it's not a potato.
This happened with update 46 too, had to reinstall the game for it to start working again. Not sure why it's getting to the point of having to completely reinstall the game for her every time there's a major update. This is getting a bit ridiculous.2 -

exiars10✭✭✭✭Yep since Tuesday I'm geting at least 4-5 sec long freeze several times per day, and it's happening in overland - towns, public dungeons, delves and similar. So far didn't play group content (group dungeons, trials), and don't play PvP.Aldmeri Dominion (PC Europe via Steam)
The cowardly Wood Elves are best noted for their unwillingness to engage in a face-to-face attack; a Bosmer will strike at you from every side except the front. You won't cross swords with a Bosmer, but you might catch an arrow in the throat. Be wary in forests and jungles, and watch your back.1 -
onyxorb✭✭✭I've been having freezes of up to 3 seconds or more, mostly in IA.
This didn't happen before a week or so ago.
I play both NA and EU, I didn't think to keep track of all the instances, but the last time was on EU this morning.0 -

✭✭✭Intermittent freezing is still occurring in both overland and Cyrodiil. It's especially bad in Cyrodiil as being in big fights, which is the whole point of going to Cyrodiil, causes frequent freezing. This started occurring, as noted by @mzprx , with update 47.Fan of playing magblade since 2015. (PC NA)

hellraiser_2011Soul Shrivenyeah i started having this in u47 PC NA, no matter if i play with or without addons i still have screen freezes / stutters. i hope ZOS can fix this, its very annoying.0
