Other times people have suggested Werewolf Transformation Skill Styles, it's been to either change the fur color or the species of werebeast itself. This Skill Style, however, would continue to use the fur colors normally associated with the morph (white for Pack Leader, brown for unmorphed, and black for Werewolf Berserker) but add some sort of clothing on top of the werewolf form, like ripped pants or this Whiterun Guard outfit featured in the card art. It's kind of like how different Skill Styles for Wall of Elements either change the color across all elements, or change the VFX for all elements while retaining the appropriate color.
I feel like this would be extremely desirable for those people who wear a similar outfit in their human form, as it would then look as if their clothing has persisted between forms, albeit damaged due to the transformation.
Could we have farm animals that are not treated as pets? A group of chickens or goats to roam about outside the home. I know that ONE is available as a pet and it can be set on a track to move, but I want a group. No farm has only one chicken.

All your pets can be given a path in your house to walk on. Not just one. Not just one per house. All your pets and mounts, as many as one house can fit.

Each account can have only one of each pet. This means I am not able to have a GROUP of chickens or goats on my property. Perhaps I did not state my meaning clear enough.

You did, but perhaps misread mine. There's multiple chickens and multiple goats one can own per account. Not just one.
All the "normal" chickens you can own:
- Crusader's Coin Chicken
- Cropsford Hen
- Alcaire Blue Cockeral
- Riverwood White Hen
- Mara's Spring Chicken.
All the "normal" goas you can own:
- Dragontail Goat
- Ninendava Sacred Goat
- Wrothgar Buck Goat.
See, more than one. That's 3 goats and 5 chickens/Cockerels per account.

I recently made a thread here with several suggestions from me and other players regarding Halloween-related Skill Styles we'd like to see.

3. Please make Ayleid Sculpture: Simple Tree available for purchase in the Housing Editor store. I know they're antiquities, but glowing plants are furnishing staples, not one-of-a-kind pieces, and we need lots of them.

You can just dig them up 3 times and then buy yourself as many as you want from the housing vendor of the zone they drop in. No need to reduce the antiquity pool for other players, just grab a shovel and start digging.
