Sadly heavy attack builds don't put out enough damage for some of the hard mode trials.I've never had any of my guild mates be toxic other than joking around during the hundreds of vet trials I've done. It may be who you choose to do content with. <shrug>
I do enjoy HA builds as well, very versatile. I do feel they need some love for higher end content though, better buffing sets or rework old sets that underperform.

You're completely wrong about that.

Have you tried joining a guild? You'll probably have a better time getting accepted into endgame trial content by building rapport with guild members.

Last comment I’ll make about the HA build in this topic. ^^ this isn’t about HA
If you're talking about Trifectas, I can agree with you... (Maybe not...well... i can.... but...) But if you're talking about any HM—yes, any HM (Cloudrest +3 included)—invite me and show me one I can’t complete because of the HA build.

That said, the problem with HA in Cloudrest isn’t damage, it’s Relequen’s mechanic. If you have oakensoul on, you’re cursing someone else (who may be a support) with not being able to barswap. If too many people with oakensoul join Cloudrest, iirc people with the ring will get the mechanic and, unable to barswap, will kill everyone.

I want to see, how you finish vCr+3 with a HA one bar build. In best case all dds with that build:D
Yeah, I feel for you. But I didn’t even ask them to "enable gifting." I just asked support for help to "remove Crowns from my account and add a Merchant in the other." just sad
This thread is like 3 things in one. What's your main point? That vet content is toxic? That ZOS should enable gifting on your acccounts? HA builds are cool? And how are the latter two "killing content"?

I think the complicated request is more the reason for the denial than the situation of your account.
Just switch to the perspective of the service agent. You are requesting a non standard service action needing the offical consent of both account owners (regardless is its the same person, needs to be checked) instead of just asking for a Flag on your account in a process thats maybe even automated.
I recommend filing another Ticket just asking for the account to be enabled to gift instead of asking them to transfer crowns to other accounts, which most likely is not done at all.

You're completely wrong about that. But anyway, this isn’t about HA. It’s about spending my own Crowns to gift my own accounts.
I really don’t think so. I understand there are rules, and that’s fine.
there is a clear statement in the FAQ that it is aginst the rules to transfer crowns between accounts. It´s an unconditional "NO".

so the Service Agent can´t help you, even if you assume its easy (which direct interventions in customer accounts never are for customer protection and fraud reasons).
I am afraid you have to play this by the rules and gift the merchant or let it be. Expecting others to break rules and risk their job for you is kind of entitled.
