Until today I thought that the monster sets head pieces drop from the bosses and the shoulders from those tel var coffers, but i got all three Baron Thirsk shoulders from the actual boss, and they dropped in a curated manner, so i collected all 3 of them, but when i went to try another boss i got the head piece twice even though i already have it.
My question here is how does this work are the shoulder pieces sometimes enabled for certain bosses or what`s going on?

Pinja✭✭✭✭Since update 44 all the appropriate named bosses have a chance to drop any piece of their set. It's not necessarily curated to collections. When I got my last shoulder it was after many repeats.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭This is news to me. I read the patch notes every update but don’t remember seeing this. I thought you still had to buy the shoulders from a vendor in the IC base. Thanks for the info.
