Any chance that the Immobilize focus script from Banner Bearer breaking in PvP and allowing Snares and Immobilizes can also be investigated?
The Cavalier's Charge signature script is also broken and is not computing remotely close to the correct Weapon Damage values.
Those affixes are broken rather than merely bugged.

For the Immobilize Focus issue, we've investigated this in the past and were unable to reproduce the issue internally. If you're able to provide any additional details, it may help us do so.
For the Cavalier Charge, we have a fix for the issue where Banner Bearer, when paired with the Cavalier's Charge Signature, would produce an incorrect amount of Weapon and Spell Damage. With the fix, it will grant its listed amount instead of a percentage amount. This fix is going out with the next incremental patch for PC, and will be in the first incremental patch for consoles.
For Ulfsild's Contingency, the team is requesting more information on what seems bugged or has changed. In looking at the tooltip for the Brutality and Sorcery Affix Script for Ulfsild's Contingency, it says "Grants you Major Brutality and Major Sorcery for 10 seconds, increasing Weapon and Spell Damage by 20%."
