"Growing Impact" Signature script does not proc Olorime

The growing impact signature script, which causes a "rune of power" to appear on the ground which applies your affix script in an area, does not proc the Vestments of Olorime set, which procs off of abilities that leave a ground effect. This is obviously an oversight/bug, as this ability meets the exact conditions to proc olorime.
