Game chat inaccessible

It has been a few years since I've had a good raid in game chat. Now I'm finding it impossible to enter any of the audio chats. They were a fun experience. An invite would automatically put players in group chat and then we'd go raid. Hope there's a fix soon.

I tried everything up to manually opening all the ports. I have spectrum and their router page ui only allows ports to be opened one at a time (compared to opening several thousand). If ESO on console is using ports outside of the ones requested by UPnP that may exasperate the issue.1
