✭✭✭✭Hircine's Fortitude used to have a heal over time. Here's an example screenshot, taken from a build video from 2015:
Hircine's Fortitude can still be allowed to scale off of Maximum Health while having a heal over time, and it could even be allowed to heal a second target, if the tooltip for Polar Wind is anything to go off of:

bar_boss_A✭✭✭the pre-wolfhunter werewolf looks pretty nice now that we have access to so many minor and major Buffs via oakensoul ring.
It would definitely help WW to have some kind of HoT besides the life leech from claws of life.1
