The fragments for the first pet and morph for next year’s collectibles are already in our collections menu. They refer to Molag Bal (anchor bits and such).

Solstheim could be a connected second zone or used for the trial with the main land as the central zone and the second zone as the underdark area they built previously.
Put it this way.. there is a reason they cut up Skyrim into chunks, it's the gift that keeps on giving and an easy well to tap into anytime they want to hit that nastolgia button. It's inevitable we revisit it, I can't see a better time than next year.
Can you imagine how well a Skyrim themed, 10th aniversary, spell crafting chapter would be received for the general public, casuals and vets alike? Easy to market on all fronts.

I dwon't think that means anything. This current year's collectibles were Dibella themed, which Necrom was not related to at all.MashmalloMan wrote: »Since it seems to be cold related and people are thinking Solstheim, imo, it would be a slam dunk if it was Northern Skryim + College of Winterhold + Spellcrafting. Spellcrafting isn't happening.

It means the collectibles next year will be Molag Bal themed. The question was very open-ended and asked for anything related to the “plan” for next year, not exclusively the chapter. Collectibles from events are clearly planned in advance, whether or not they are related to the chapter. (They have been in some years but not in others.)
Personally I would find it odd if they passed over the opportunity to look back at the main theme of the main questline of the game on its 10th anniversary, but anything’s possible.
Next year it's 10th annivesary, so Molag Bal it's obvious theme for this as base game was all about him. I don't think that it will conncected with chapter.maybe the molag bal stuff is connected in a little way as some of the Five Companions might return, Lyris and Sai probably.
