There's really nothing in Cyro to build a pve version on. It's not "Oblivion - TES IV" - it's a huge empty area with chokepoints set up specifically for pvp.

What i have noticed is we get a bright chapter then a dark chapter... so we due something bright....1 -

yea and there's hints to skingrad from Lyris at the end of Dark Heart of Skyrim,

There are different “hints” that were “found” and those things are cold related. Although, knowing what they were I doubt they have anything to do with the next chapter. Be cool if they did tho.

I am hoping that it’s Solstheim and Winterhold because both have the huge potential to be pretty different than they were in other games. So it’s really just nostalgia in name only. Solstheim is probably more Skaal right now like you said which would be sweet and Winterhold Hold has the potential to be so big and could have some real unique things since it was pretty much 95% gone by 4th era it’s an empty canvass for ZOS.
Perfect time for Snow Elf ruins, delves and some Frost Giants and some unique stuff. Screw what was “found” this is where I wanna go lol.

✭✭✭✭Odds are the next expansion is Solstheim
ZOS said this year was going to be an overarching chapter and the story is not over, Soltheim is both close enough to Morrowind to still be part of the "Shadow over Morrowind" arc but different enough from Morrowind that people will not think they are too similar, Solstheim is also home to the Skaal, people who are involved with Herma Mora and one of the incoming crates is called "All-Maker Crates" it would be surprising if it wasn't Solstheim.
The question though is Solstheim large enough on it's own to be a chapter? it is not like High Isle where they can build the place from scratch as it existed in TES:3 and TES:5, also consider that for many players who have played TES:5 the islandwould resemble its Morrowind era counterpart so would be very different for them as well, I only hope ZOS does not try to take the "Skyrim Nostalgia" route and make a hypothetical Solstheim zone look like it did in TES:V as that would be VERY UNLOREFRIENDLY, in the second era the entire island should be covered in snow and the Hirstaang Forest should be thriving.Edited by TX12001rwb17_ESO on November 9, 2023 5:52AM6 -

We really don't. People are going by the upcoming crown crate seasons. I doubt I can link anything for reasons but I will say go to UESP website and type in crown crates, you will see each quarter's crown crates up to Q2 next year. The 2023 first two crown crate seasons were Ragebound and Unfeathered (not counting Stonelore). None of those had anything to do with where we went. I think it's just hopeful. Plus Nords and Skaal have a huge history with Hermaeus Mora but you just never know.

If it's going to be cold, let it be more Wrothgar in that case. Although I'm not sure where this "it's going to be cold" clue is coming from?
Most of all I want bosmer, redguards, Nibenese, or Argonians. (Blackwood doesn't count to me, because that was like 70% daedra focus)
I've been slowly working through High Isle (finally), and coincidentally I just did a quest tonight that hints at Wrothgar, or at least if there's ever a followup to it then it would presumably be in Wrothgar-- or wherever else the Daybreak Gem leads.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

If that's where the hint is coming from, yeah that's not really a hint. We have clear evidence from previous years that crate seasons and event rewards does not have to be related to the next chapter at all.
Not even in game ones are that useful to go by, because as LunaFlora already mentioned, we got those all the time that hints all over Tamriel and they haven't happened.
At this point the only clues to go by is actual chapter ones ZOS releases in items and then of course teaser.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!5 -

✭✭✭✭✭If I were to choose, I want a chapter that causes Sheogorath to become Jyggalag "The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymarch Chapter" all other Daedric Princes join forces to stop him. I think that would be the best 10th year story arc, in the end he returns back to his crazy self and we have to explain to him what happened, then get chickened.0
