More Skyrim? Well, I did get another Dunmer expansion and with my favorite daedric prince! :relieved: And blackreach is cool. And if my favorite vampires make a return then I could really warm up to it… :kissing_heart:

It’s a tiny Molag Bal pet, it was in the PTS for testing this last run. I honestly like it.

Solstheim, Skingrad, or the northern part of the Peninsula are my guesses. Solstheim has a lot of connections to Mora, Skingrad was teased a while back, and there's a large door near Necrom that looks set to go further north.

there's gates to nearly every unreleased zone though. like
three gates in blackwood to nibenay,
one gate in reapers march to colovia,
two gates in gold coast to colovia,
one gate each in western Skyrim and the reach to skyrim

Since it seems to be cold related and people are thinking Solstheim, imo, it would be a slam dunk if it was Northern Skryim + College of Winterhold + Spellcrafting. Solstheim could be a connected second zone or used for the trial with the main land as the central zone and the second zone as the underdark area they built previously.

Put it this way.. there is a reason they cut up Skyrim into chunks, it's the gift that keeps on giving and an easy well to tap into anytime they want to hit that nastolgia button. It's inevitable we revisit it, I can't see a better time than next year.

Can you imagine how well a Skyrim themed, 10th aniversary, spell crafting chapter would be received for the general public, casuals and vets alike? Easy to market on all fronts.

    That College of Winterhold hope.

It's a toss up for The Colovian Estates though, that door in the Gold Coast has been there locked for ages, but why else would they make it interactable to begin with?

Whiterun or Winterhold would be awesome, as would Colovia.

My personal preference would always be Falinesti though, the Bosmer need an upgrade and a chapter!!

As someone who adores Solsthiem, in a way, I hope they don't cover it. There's almost nothing there at this time, and I love it in lore as a huge, lonely wilderness area aside from the Skaal.

I don't want them to somehow "Seyda Neen" Raven Rock into existence way before the island was ever colonised and have it as populated as other zones. Maybe have it as a DLC area or as part of a Trial instead?

I dwon't think that means anything. This current year's collectibles were Dibella themed, which Necrom was not related to at all.

It means the collectibles next year will be Molag Bal themed. The question was very open-ended and asked for anything related to the “plan” for next year, not exclusively the chapter. Collectibles from events are clearly planned in advance, whether or not they are related to the chapter. (They have been in some years but not in others.)

Personally I would find it odd if they passed over the opportunity to look back at the main theme of the main questline of the game on its 10th anniversary, but anything’s possible.

the quarterly collectibles of 2021 were the only ones connected to dlc, one year not some.

maybe the molag bal stuff is connected in a little way as some of the Five Companions might return, Lyris and Sai probably.

Next year it's 10th annivesary, so Molag Bal it's obvious theme for this as base game was all about him. I don't think that it will conncected with chapter.

Still Shadow over Morrowind. they are done with the year-long adventures for now. it's back to multi-year story arcs. I'd expect the northern portion of the Telvanni Peninsula for the next Chapter. possibly another daedric plane, too.

I hope it's not more Skyrim. I've had enough of Skyrim for at least a decade. We also just had Dunmer, so Solstheim which is both...no thanks, can we please have variety.

If it's going to be cold, let it be more Wrothgar in that case. Although I'm not sure where this "it's going to be cold" clue is coming from?

Most of all I want bosmer, redguards, Nibenese, or Argonians. (Blackwood doesn't count to me, because that was like 70% daedra focus)
[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!

I’m hoping for Skingrad and the West Weald. I’m quite fond of those because of TESIV, so that’s my first pick. Whiterun and Solstheim would be cool too.
