Hi there,

Unsure if im allowed to post this here but ive been permanently banned for an ingame arugment where someone messaged me and called me an 'idiot' because i killed them in PVP.
Been on ESO since 2015 and never even had a warning, so to get instantly permanent banned because of this is quite disheartening and harsh imo...

Hoping for any advice or support on what can be done here.

Update i seem to have received an automated email saying i was banned for cheating... All i do is play battlegrounds on ESO and its on Playstation. Genuinely have no idea what the cheating reference is about, i thought it was because of the argument as i got kicked out mid-game as it was happening.
It's given me code of conduct references about third party software (surely not even possible on playstation?) and exploiting bugs which im not aware of that at all either. Hoping to get more information on this...
