The account recovery form DOES NOT require you to login with your account in order to submit a ticket. After you select the option to recover your account, you should then have a form to fill out to the best of your ability.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios

I just wanted to clarify what's going on.
I went to the game's website and created an account a few months ago. But I didn't play the game at all, I didn't buy it. I didn't have time to play.
Now the game has been updated and I'm interested in playing.
But I forgot the e-mail of this account. More precisely, I remember it (almost), but I do not receive a password recovery code to this address (for an unknown reason).
In general, this account has no monetary value.

Also give them any additional information about this account possible: answer to security question, names of created characters (if you made any), date of creation and stuff like that.
Had a similar problem with my account when returning after a longer break and the issue was solved within two days. That wasn't an empty account though.Never get between a cat and it's candy!

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.0 -
