When will we be able to turn off the permanent passive skill of companions?

We need to be able to turn off the permanent passive skill, and I've seen similar requests more than once. The new Argonian companion's passive skill is a negative for fishers who need roes rather than achievement, and to avoid that I'd better never level him up in case I accidentally get his passive one day. That's just weird.

Instead of turning it off they should fix fishing so it makes sense, like Rare fish can be filleted, the treasure value is terrible anyhow. Have them have a much higher chance of having row and the higher the quality the more roe can drop.

Could rework it where he gives you special (universal) bait that works in all pools that gives increase chance of getting achievement fish. I say universal bait as I don't want a repeat of Bastian 3 power pots btw don't actually work and vendor for piddly squat. The change would be 1 inventory slot that gets the special bait that needs to vendor for gold as well or he gets peeved when you destroy them.

Thanks for the heads up. It would be a nightmare to have this unlocked and permanent

Once you max the companion their passive is always active whether you have them summoned or not.

Makes no sense to discourage people from maxing them.

I didn't realize - I've yet max any of mine. Yeesh, that is situationally inconvenient.

To be honest it would be good to turn off Bastians useless trash potions, which forces only more micromanagement to my inventory.

They could adjust Sharp's passive so he has a higher chance at getting roe, to offset the extra trophies.

Ember's passive also gives you a bag of gold instead of normal pickpocketing loot, which I think rules out getting furnishing plans and motifs and purple loot.

If they don't make these toggleable, they should at least make these ones ADD drops instead of replace them. Mirri's works that way, which prevents her passive from being an accountwide nerf like Sharps' or Ember's.

And I know some people who are highly annoyed with Bastion's special potions clogging up inventory when they're running through a delve and picking up everything not nailed down. This would also help with that.
