We need to be able to turn off the permanent passive skill, and I've seen similar requests more than once. The new Argonian companion's passive skill is a negative for fishers who need roes rather than achievement, and to avoid that I'd better never level him up in case I accidentally get his passive one day. That's just weird.

Once you max the companion their passive is always active whether you have them summoned or not.
Makes no sense to discourage people from maxing them.
Does anyone happen to know what Azandar's passive is?

from the patch notes:
Azandar grants “Azandar’s Inquisitiveness” which gives you a chance to discover research portfolios when searching containers. Portfolios can contain crafting recipes, treasure maps, research notes, survey reports, and other documents of value.

If they don't make these toggleable, they should at least make these ones ADD drops instead of replace them. Mirri's works that way, which prevents her passive from being an accountwide nerf like Sharps' or Ember's.
