Bash bot, probably.
Although I don't think one should honor this particular Dev's crusade against PvP Necromancers by making it work somehow.
Sorcerers have been nerfed in the last two years lol.
I agree Necro needs love. They need a single target dot skill. Their summons need to actually do damage. I would also like to see the ultimates redesigned.
I think it's very telling how little engagement there is in any threads regarding the necromancer, no one plays it, no one fears it, no one thinks it's in a good place, no one comments on it because... no one cares about the ugly duckling that is necro.

I feel like the class has always been awkward, with some silly skills like throwing skulls and tombstones and not enough abilities like NPC necromancers. The class does alright as healer though and the Spirit Mender is cool.

necromancers in the current game make great support (tank/heals)
dps wise i agree they are not in a good spot, and most of their class skills are more focused on burst dmg, and yet they have a class passive that increases dot dmg (highly counterintuitive) and they dont have a lot of stuff that synergizes well for dmg

Please read the writing on the wall here. Look at Warden, then Necro, and tell me what you expect from Arcanist based on past results?
Greet the people. Does anyone have any ideas how to play as a necromancer?? I no longer hope for changes in patch 37. And now players will complete the quest to kill 20 necromancers for 3 whole months))Who will complete it faster?) Challenge. I'm funny and sad.

I’ll only keep my necro healer and vampire necro assassin crimson-sets meme build.

A nightblade is a burst class, a necromancer is a dot class with only 2 class dots. it's only burst ability is blastbones.

What makes you think this is not the intended future state? Class change token, 14,000 crowns. Monetize FOTM, buffs and nerfs.
Regardless any time you can increase the pain enough for players to switch mains it increases the opportunity to sell more skill lines, skyshards, and other crown items.
