I have 2 ESO Accounts 1 not used in years and 1 I am currently active on. I accepted the Amazon Prime freebie but unfortunatly the account it is/was linked to was the unused one.

So is it possible to have the items that are not redeemed ingame removed destroyed made disappear and then re accept the freebies on the correct account, that is now correctly linked to my Amazon Prime.

I fully understand this is totally my own fault and should have checked so if not then only myself to blame.
