ESO Plus Steam Subscription not Active

I subscribe to ESO Plus through steam and play using the standalone ESO client. I understand this can cause issues with other purchases but until now there has been no issues with doing ESO Plus this way.
As of today's patch when I check in game it says ESO Plus is not active. I don't see any posts or info in the patch notes saying this was changed so I assume it's a bug?

I have bought subscriptions via both my online account and steam - neither are functioning in-game.
edit: to clarify both subsciptions are not functioning in game but are currently active (apparently the steam one has to run out before the account bought one starts running out again).Edited by Bucky Balls on November 1, 2022 3:54PM0 -
