Bugged Brotherhood Daily

I took the Dark Brotherhood Daily: Sacrament: Smuggler's Den. I assassinated the first and second target. The second target was Abizzaka. After killing the second target, Abizzaka, I was given exactly 1 minute, 30 seconds to leave before the Overseer showed up. However, I couldn't get out in time, so I abandoned the quest and returned to the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary.

I took the same daily again, Sacrament: Smuggler's Den, and this is where the bugs start appearing...

1. Abizzaka did not respawn. I cannot complete the daily now because the second target Abizzaka is still dead on the floor.
2. Because I can't kill Abizzaka, the big circle on the map where Abizzaka is won't go away. But it gets worse, I have not abandoned the daily AGAIN, it isn't even in my quest journal anymore, however, the giant circle on the map where Abizzaka is remains and it stays on the map at the same size, at all levels and maps. It covers most of Tamriel and I cannot get it to go away.

reloading UI does get the circle to go away. However, there is also the bug that Abizzaka doesn't respawn if I abandon and retry the daily

So let's get this straight, you failed the daily sacrament because you couldn't complete the time limit, and now you're in a position where failing the daily (by not completing the secondary objective) is your only option anyway? Take your lumps, turn in a sacrament in which the side objectives weren't completed, and accept the lesser reward.

Time limits and alert limits often don't reset properly anyway if you fail a DB Sacrament or a Thieves Heist - I've seen it happen where restarting a Thieves Heist after dropping it has the tier-2 boss spawned right at the start, and if you actually went over the time limit in the previous attempt, you start with the time limit already failed anyway, so from then on you may as well just go in and slaughter everybody and take the lesser reward. I think if you actually failed to escape from a DB sacrament, or if you were noticed too many times, the game remembers the number of previous times you were spotted, or remembers that you failed the time limit.

To be honest, these quests shouldn't be droppable, only failable.

To be clear, I completely abandoned the daily and still got the map bug. Turning it in with the secondary achievement not completed would not fix that map bug. There are two bugs I noticed: map objective bug if the quest is abandoned and retrying the daily doesn't respawn NPCs.

With how RNG and buggy the thieves guild and dark brotherhood instanced events are, I don't think the improvement should be to make them MORE challenging. I also don't appreciate the "take your lumps and accept the bug" attitude. Everyone knows this content has TONS of bugs in it (timers, NPCs, objectives, spawning) and I think itd be nice if someone fixed them. Of course I have to accept it for now, but I report bugs so that future players don't want to throw their keyboards at the wall because the Dark Brotherhood code is so old and buggy.
