Castle Thorn - Lady Thorn - Zero Health Bug

I was just doing Veteran Castle Thorn (non Hardmode) when Lady Thorn bugged out with zero health remaining and stayed frozen in the air. The entire group was stuck in combat the whole time. We finally got her to reset by all of us using some ravage health potions and dying. After she reset we were able to successfully complete the dungeon.

I cropped the screenshot to hide the other players' names and the chat box.

I don't have any other information or any idea how/why it happened, nor do I have a video recording because I usually don't have a reason to record my gameplay... If you need the other player names that were in the group then I do have those in the original screenshot.

There are lots of bugs with Castle Thorn final fight. The circle, during the bat swarm phase, often doesn't move for some players, achievements don't work, the boss glitches out. They need to take all the Castle Thorn bug reports and sit down and fix that dungeon. Very buggy.

Same thing happened to me - after we finished first circle of light mechanic her AI just died, she didn't attack or enter any mechanics anymore, she was just standing still. After dropping to 0% HP she got stuck that way, we had to port out from the dungeon and port back in to reset the fight, then it worked just fine.
