Has anyone gotten there 5 days free game time added to there acount yet?

    So far nothing, hope I get it by tomorrow, because it's been saying I have one day of play time left since yesterday, and I get billed on the 4th. Wouldn't want my game time to run out and not be able to play for a few hours until my account is updated with the game time.

    According to the last link, because I cancelled my subscription I'm not going to get the 5 free days? Which makes sense because I didn't pay for the Imperial edition and I definitely didn't play the game through all the bugs/issues, or rather didn't play the game because the maintenance issues... Wait. I did.
    Hopefully I'm understanding this wrong, because that's extremely unfair and ridiculous if you're only giving 5 free days to those active subscribers. This compensation is supposed to be for those of us who have already paid, not necessarily for those who are continuing to pay.

    You are reading it wrong.

    It's clear what it says:
    Yes. Only players who have set up an active account prior to 8:00 PM EDT on May 1st and who are currently enjoying their 30 days of included game time, as a result of successfully selecting a subscription plan, are eligible for the five additional days of game time.
    i.e. you had to set up a subscription to continue play after Early Access or at Launch. So, if you are playing now then you have already done this.

    Emails are still going out. I only just got mine for example.

    @ZOS_HugoP‌, my subscription is set to renew on May 4 because I unfortunately setup my subscription before you all posted the message about extending early access. May 4 is 72 hours from May 1. I am waiting patiently, but do you all have systems in place to ensure that you give the extra days before posting the renewal?

    Also, I just checked and on my account page it says I have 1 day of play time left even though it says I will be billed on May 4. Something just does not seem right.

    Also I added my code in straight away, am I correct in thinking that those who entered in their codes straight away, like good abiding customer, lost out on extra 3 days? Because I know alot of people held off entering them till the last moment because of this, yet most other places/companies would take that into account and add on any over lap....

    @JasonSilverSpring or those worried about it saying you have one day, even though it says May 4th, the system is probably reading anything less than two days as one day. So if you had 1 day 23 hours and 59 minutes, it would read it as 1 day.

    They have 72 hours to add the rebate and you have 72 hours left. I think they planned for this situation.
    But some, like myself, have accounts that expire before the 72 hrs from 8PM Eastern, last night. In less than 3 hrs, at 12 noon, my account time will be down to 1 day. That renders the account inactive at 12 noon tomorrow. 32 hours shy of the 72 hour window.

    That would be a sig. There is an option in your setting to block them.

    No apology necessary. I can see how one could get confused, even though I centered the text to give some sense of separation, aside from the line.

    Nothing in billing!!! don't know about every 1 else but i want to see it in billing history the same as i didn't get the 2 days for EA! Billing history is there for ZoS and more important our records!!!

    Thanks for the clarification, it does seem like I should get it. That's what I'm hoping at least, and read from a post on here that referenced a reddit comment from Gina from ESO. The only problem is I asked customer support and two different people have told me otherwise, that I won't get the 5 days, haha. Guess we'll see.
    I love the game, and will most likely renew my sub in the future, but the next couple months are really busy for me so I cancelled a distraction.

    I think we all need to have some patience. I got the first email that was a blanket email mentioning the future updates, etc. But, a few hours later I got an email saying that a game time code had been added to my account and I am good now. It will just take some time I am sure.

    @darthbelanb14_ESO‌, I believe you are correct that if you have 1 day and 23 hours it must list it as 1 day remaining. A bit confusing but the next bill date is good for me.
